Liuzzi, Murphy, Solomon, Churton & Hale

I have been meaning to write this review for many years. Just came across Frank Liuzzi’s business card and figured better late than never. We hired the services of LMS (Frank Liuzzi) for two personal injury accidents. When we first met Frank, my husband and I automatically knew that he was our guy! One for myself (car accident in 2008) and one for my husband who had fallen 23 ft. off a faulty built wood deck in 2011and had multiple injuries. Both experiences were just like I was dealing with a friend more than a lawyer. We could not of been in better hands with Frank and the rest of the firm. I would recommend Frank to my family and best of friends with full trust that he would take awesome care of their attorney needs.

Frank Liuzzi took wonderful care of my personal injury case. I was hit by a car which broke my back and Frank came to my home and handled it all for me. I was also, probably an annoying client-​impatient, always wanting to know what was going on-​but he always treated me with respect and kindness. Beyond that, he got me the maximum settlement possible and all within under a year, actually I think it was only 8 or 9 months.
This was all over 2 years ago and I’m writing now because the crap public hospital has somehow decided I owe them money-​despite the all-​inclusive settlement they received. I only just found this out after checking my credit when looking into moving again. I haven’t been receiving any other kind of notification perhaps because I moved to LA for school, or perhaps just because said public hellhole, I mean hospital, just really doesn’t know what they’re doing. Regardless, I called Frank and he’s handling it for me once again. I’ve recommended him to friends in the Bay Area who have had likewise positive experiences and, honestly even from LA I would have him handle anything that, God forbid, I might need a personal injury lawyer for.

I was reffered to see Martin Murphy by another attorney who wouldnt take my case. Before loosing hope i thought i would meet with Martin and see if anything can be done for me. He was very understanding, accommodating and honest with me. Without him i would have been without a paddle. He restored hope in me and my case and is a down to earth good person. He truly gives LMS a great name!

After being hit mid-​intersection when someone ran through their red light, I was left to deal with damage to my car and several injuries. During a time when I should’ve been healing, I instead found myself fighting with insurance companies. Post accident aftermath is going to suck regardless, but you can make it SO much easier on yourself by just finding a good lawyer to help you from the get go and let them do the fighting.

When I first interviewed Mr. Solomon and introduced him to my case, he was so kind and patient, giving me his undivided attention and time to answer ALL my questions that I honestly wondered whether or not this guy was for real. All the other lawyers I interviewed were the complete opposite and it made me wonder whether or not a person had to be an offensive jerk in order to battle insurance companies. Thankfully, I learned the answer is ‘no.’ Michael Solomon is professional, personable and an excellent lawyer with integrity. You can’t go wrong by choosing their firm.
