Loop Optometry

A good friend recommended Loop Optometry. My wife and I were very pleased to find their office conveniently located in SOMA. Scheduling was very easy, the eye exam quick and effective, the selection of modern frames excellent, and the team very professional and extremely friendly. We just received our new glasses yesterday and feel great about them and the overall experience.

Dr. Szeto is so nice. She checked my eyes and helped me get updated glasses and contacts. She helped talk me through the right kind of contacts for me and even let me trial some different brands. She’s really thorough and friendly. She really took her time with me. The office is sleek and modern. There are a ton of frames to choose from.

When my glasses broke and I was due for an exam anyway, I looked for somewhere near my office and found Loop. They had a spot the same day, so I jumped on it. Talk about serendipitous — Loop Optometry is great! The entire staff was incredibly warm and friendly, and made every effort to understand what I was looking for in a new pair of glasses. I tend to ramble and be indecisive about major purchases — especially glasses — and they were attentive and made great suggestions the whole time.
In the end I decided on a pair that I probably wouldn’t even have considered at first — but after the staff listened to what I wanted, they suggested this pair. I tried them on and loved them. A week later I still absolutely love them and have gotten countless compliments.
The optometrist and staff are great, the place is beautiful (and smells awesome), and their selection of glasses is very stylish. I will be returning to Loop for sure.

Got my eyes examined by Dr. Szeto and my new DITA glasses yesterday. I am in love with my new glasses! Dr. Szeto was super professional and the staff was very helpful in helping me pick out my frame. The office is clean, modern, and carries a wide selection of frames. The service is exceptional!

I bought a pair of Dita sunglasses, the staff was super helpful helping me choose the frame, and really cared about fitting and personalizing it to fit me.

Just got an eye exam and new glasses. Great experience and wonderful service. I loved all the frame options. May is very straight forward and told me what looks good on me and what isn’t a good fit. I loved the honesty. It’s refreshing.
