A thermostat failed on some of the work they did for me, so I called for a repair visit and to get a quote on some exterior lighting. They said they’d call back.
They never did call back, seemed unconcerned when I called a week later.

I don’t even know where to begin.
Two guys showed up, set up the ladder to change a light bulb and before they even began they said, «back in 30 minutes, we’re going to lunch»…30 minutes later one of them comes back, changes the lightbulb and procedes to take off his shoes and lie down on the living room floor to take a nap! 30 minutes or so later he got up, left and and said that the other guy would come back and get the ladder in 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later he came back (after I called him to tell him to hurry up!).
I swear I was so shocked and angry I felt like I was on some bad prank show and wouldn’t have been surprised if some camera men popped out! What a bad joke.
Don’t do business with these people unless you’re into bad twisted jokes where the joke is on you.
