Louis Vuitton San Francisco Neiman Marcus

Came here dressed like a bum and was still treated like royalty.
Too bad I forgot my sales associate’s name because she was spectacular and really friendly. Accommodated my needs and wants from head to toe, and I left the place really happy and satisfied with the customer service and my purchases.
The selection at this store is smaller than the location just a block or two away however, but definitely less crowded.

I wanted to post a positive review for the customer service I received at this LV location, inside the NM store. I usually don’t write reviews, as you all can tell, but they are so nice and sweet there, that I had to take a minute to review.
I have dealt with Desiree and Susan, and both are awesome! They understand the customer, was very patient with me and my über picky-​ness and all my questions! Even on my off day, wearing athletic wear, I never felt out of place here. I mean if you want to do marathon shopping, you want to be comfortable, right? LOL.
Since I have seen some negative reviews about LV customer service lately, I felt they deserved a positive review for their exemplary service. Thanks to you, I fell in love with this luxury brand again and have the bag I wanted!

Came here today specifically looking for a made in France handbag… (Yes Im a MIF snob) Luckily the courteous service advisor had one! I could not believe my eyes, of course I checked it thoroughly and gave my babes the «OK» sign and told her it was a wrap. Astrid was friendly, informative and very personable. Definitely will be back to this location very soon.

I don’t understand why these employees judge you from head to toe. Come on, do we have to dress up every time we walk into a luxury store. I walked in, was not greeted by a staff, who was helping another lady, as I assume you did not see me or was busy. That’s fine, I have been to other LV stores where they do acknowledge every customer who walks in WHILE they are helping another customer. Well 5 mins passed, still no greet as I have to ask a question if I can see behind their table tops. I am standing here writing this review as I am waiting. Do come in only if you look rich and be sure to wear a LV product because they will not acknowledge you if you do not. A lady came out, definitely seem fake as the first thing she sees is what kind of purse you have. Sorry, if I did not wear an LV item and wanted to come into a store with basic products on. Their staff definitely seems like they are being forced to, I was finally being helped… But I did see my item, was satisfied and probably will purchase online rather than with these folks here.
Tip: when you walk into a store, look directly at their eyes and see what they look at, your face or your purse.
Not coming back here again!

Came here today because the main store across the street didn’t have what we were looking for, plus the lady there wasn’t very friendly. Glad we were detoured to this store. The workers, Jason and Ashtrid (spelling?), were stupendous and they were patient with us while we decided what to get. We will definitely be back at this store for our future Louis Vuitton needs!

I wanted to go to the main Louis Vuitton store one to see more selection and to see what type of experience and customer service I would encounter there. So here it is. I walked into LV store no one offers to help me, I look lost and see several workers talking to reach other. After about 10 minutes A nice lady finally asked if she could could show me anything? I will be honest she was great too, but since it took me than 10 minutes for someone to assist me i did not purchase my purse with her. I thanked her and left just to go back to Neiman Marcus to make final purchase. My intentions were to purchase something no more than 1500, i must say customer service means a lot. I made an even larger purchase and I’m very happy that I returned to make it there. If I come back to This location I would go see Janie she was really nice and helpful. It’s too bad that ten minute wait killed the purchase that day. Never stereotype your customers. You just never know.

Store opens at 12– and apparently salespeople cannot answer a question until the store opens. No common courtesy. I was out in front and read the «hours» when a young woman was coming in to work. I asked her if she could answer a question– she looked at me– half smiled and pointed to the operating hours. I was surprised by her attitude– –this is the LV store afterall. So again i said «i just have a quick question– if you could answer– she said No i cant and walked in and locked the door!!! Rude. I simply wanted to know if i could drop off a «repair» later… I have several LV’s. And it appears it is time to find another store

I came here one day, just half-​an-​hour before closing, to buy a bag my mom wanted for her birthday. We had checked our usual Louis Vuitton store in San Jose, but they didn’t have the size she wanted. We checked the Union Square store, but they were also all out. But the SA did tell us that the Neiman Marcus location still had one in stock. We rushed over and was helped by Susan. She was very friendly. She let my mom look over the bag and offered some wallet options to go with it. She asked if we wanted anything to drink. The store was empty, there was only one other customer that came in and she wanted the same bag. Like in San Jose, she followed up with a friendly email. As for the store itself, it’s very small with only a couple of pieces on display. It’s located near the back of the 1^st floor, the last of the designer handbag «in-​store» stores.

Initially, I came to the store with a great relationship with Benjamin who was helping to facilitate the repair of my wallet after the credit card slot un-​glued after two months of use. Everything was great until there was $ 300+ charge for the repair and then it became ugly.
I attempted to resolve the issue via customer service but they were unsuccessful as they stated that Benjamin quoted me a price and I approved it (which I never did). The audacity, dishonesty and lack of integrity this particular location has displayed is unacceptable. Unwilling to comprise on the situation, I have called my credit company to dispute the charge, will contact regional and upper management and will expose this boutique into every outlet I can until I am given an acceptable resolution to the situation.
On a side note, I finally purchased my Icare Damier Graphite bag in Vegas from a very nice sales person. I’ll continue to shop at Louis Vuitton but never at this location.

Compared to the main LV store across the street. This Louis Pop up shop is horrible. first of all, 75% of all neiman Marcus employees are stuck up. Not sure why, when they work in the service industry.
This LV shop has probably the rudest employees ever. There’s an African American guy with braces, (I’m assuming the manager) that is soo obnoxious. He rolls his eyes at questions and answers them with a rude lethargic tone. Um, shouldn’t he set and example for his employees.
So, anyway at the counter, the manager and his female associate were literally arguing abut numbers on the register. I felt so uncomfortable. Yuck…
Please walk across the street, to the main Louis Vuitton store, for good service.

I got a bag at LV store today and once again I am extremely happy with the service that Lina T provided. She is knowledgeable, polite and always takes as much time as you need to make your shopping experience pleasant. She knows every single detail about every single item in the store. Also, she gives a valuable advice and helps select an item that compliments my style. A++++
If you want a great customer service, you should definitely contact Lina. I highly recommend her!!!

Being a native SF citizen, I have never gone to LV until recently and was just blown away w/​their customer services, esp., w/​Johanna, Peter & Eric the manager (?)!!
They are down-​to-​earth and approachable. I get to kill 2 birds w/​1 stone. We instantly became like ‘long’ lost friends!
Kudos & keep up the A+ job!!!

I have never experienced better customer service and in-​store support. Being a business owner myself I believe LV sets the standard for excellent service.

For a while, this was the only LV location I shopped at because their associates are tentative, patient, and their services provided are done well, which excels compared to other stores (e.g. Maison/​Flagship on Geary/​Union Square); sure miss Lawrence, he was the best. .. if I could turn the hands of time, I’d tell him to never leave the brand, though my wallet wouldn’t comply.

Don’t go to the LV Flagship store-​come HERE at Neiman Marcus!!!

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon in January (after eating lunch at The Rotunda upstairs-​yum!). My husband was with me and I wanted to finally test drive small potential belated birthday/​Christmas gifts. Artsy, Empriente, Delightful.
I got the DELIGHTFUL PM handbag for $ 1060 and the MINI POUCHETTE Monogram for $ 295. LOVE!!! The sales associate, Benjamin, was so helpful, sweet and kind. He pulled out 8 handbags for me and was patient. There were 2 SA’s when I went in and the other was helping another customer. There was some foot traffic but they were overall courteous and just nice people. Good job NM and LV!
The LV store at Valley Fair was great to me too after test driving many many handbags after 3 visits down there. My purchase at NM was not planned and felt a little guilty buying here than back near my home in SJ.
FYI: If you’re coming in to browse at luxury stores, just dress a little decent and don’t look like a shmuck. It’s not Starbuck’s or the local public library. I wore leggings, nice boots, and a long vince top. Nothing fancy and they totally treated me with respect.

I am absolutely content with the service of this LV location. I was greeted and was offered assistance in a busy day and was getting informed. Even tough she was juggling with customers she gave me really good attention and product knowledge and showing me several design of a pocket organizer I wished to purchase.
I can’t recall her name but I think it’s Brenda. I’ll definitely come back to this LV location in neiman marcus.
Also it was a special time since I was getting my first Louis Vuitton product and I was excited. It was all worth it. I am a happy customer expecting to receive the same service.
Way better than the location in Bloomingdales.

I have walked past the LV section in Neiman Marcus many times and their employees either are smiling or greet me in some fashion… whereas some of the other designer sales people in NM can have the WORST attitudes. As if you asking them for a different size is such an inconvenience to them:-/ So not necessary…
Anywho, I went in here with a $ 500 gift card (which obvi doesn’t get you much in this LV). I let the sales person know the amount of gift card and that I didn’t want to go way over. The first thing she asks is, «Do you want to get a few small items or just one item?» I thought, «What a great question?» I asked her to show me the range, and she happily obliged me in doing so. She wasn’t irritated or annoyed that I was ONLY spending $ 500 and asking her to basically show me each & every item. Her great customer service with a smile made me feel like I was spending $ 5000 and not $ 500.
The only con is that the selection is so small, so you are kind of forced to go to the main store where there is more variety for you to see hands on.
