I love where I live, love what I do and absolutely love real estate! I’ve practiced real estate for the past 11 years and have keen insight into the local, state and national real estate markets.

For sellers, I apply creative marketing and Internet strategies to achieve broad exposure for your property. My knowledge of Internet marketing allows me to advertise properties to over 100 websites giving sellers 24⁄7 exposure to their homes while networking with agents worldwide.

For buyers, I recognize that a home is much more than a roof supported by walls, and I throw myself into the role of knowledgeable guide, coach and cheerleader as I use negotiation skills, communication skills and technology to match buyers with properties that meet their lifestyle needs.

I have worked with Lydia multiple times. I was referred to her in 2009 when I was looking for my first home. During the time the market was hot, there were a lot of foreclosures out there, and tons of properties to look at! She was very patient with me and my (now) husband and helped us through the process of putting in what turned out to be multiple offers. She kept us informed throughout the process after putting in offers and helped us understanding why other offers were accepted over ours. Lydia has always been a great resource to talk through things and is always willing to spend a little extra time to make sure we understand things like the contingencies we are putting in the offer and what the market is like. She helps us make educated decisions, but is never pushy about it!
I always felt secure with Lydia and sure that I wasn’t being taken advantage of! After probably 15 offers on other properties our offer was accepted and closed and we have been extremely happy with our house.
We are currently looking for a bigger house and Lydia has been great in our second search! We have very specific ideas about what we want our second house to be like and she has been super patient, accommodating, and understanding! We haven’t found the perfect house yet, but I know that when we do Lydia will have been a great help in getting us there!
I would recommend Lydia 100% to anyone who asked. She has been great!

When I had to sell my property, Lydia was such a knowledgable support. She believes on no surprises for the seller and buyer. Because of my limited knowledge, Lydia made sure I understood all aspects of the process and was clear on what was fair to both parties by making sure inspections were done upfront that needed to be. My sale was quick and she helped me into my new place.
I had tried another RE person prior when buying a condo and at closing is when the true cost came into play with addition of HOA, estimated taxes etc. I was shocked. So truthfully, when I planned my next purchase is when I met Lydia. She immediately put me at ease. I was very impressed with Lydia’s knowledge base from short sales to all levels of business. If I invest again in other property, she will be the first person I will call!

I was trying to contact her regarding one apartment that she advertises for at least 5 times and she never answered any of my calls. There is her phone number and the table in front of the building. So one doesn’t really know if it is sold or not.

Lydia is a short sale expert and she is AWESOME!!! I couldn’t possibly say enough nice things or recommend her highly enough. She just helped us short sell our house. We had heard horror stories about how difficult short sales can be but Lydia navigated the whole thing for us and made it simple, easy, and seamless. We interviewed some other agents first who claimed to work in lots of short sales but clearly had no idea what to do. They couldn’t even tell us the first steps to take. Lydia knew exactly what to do and handled it all — she talked to the bank, submitted all the paperwork, negotiated on our behalf, and was totally on top of all the details. If you’re thinking about short selling your house anywhere in the bay area, call her — she’ll walk you through it step by step and help you realize you don’t have to be stuck. She’s also very nice, personable, down to earth, and all around great to work with.

No possibility of doubt 6 stars. She carried out a «short sale» of my house which was under water. BTW remember that California is a «non recourse state» (if you don’t know what that means ask it is crucial). She was forceful and relentless but then I am procrastinator incarnate. She explained everything with minutia and was on top of it all the time. Her negotiating skills are excellent. The whole process is far from pleasant as the banks are in the business of reaping you off (see «non recourse state»). Lydia made it extremely satisfactory. So I repeat at least 7 stars. Oh did I say 6. Well the highest unequivocal recommendation.
