I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release, sports massage, reflexology, acupressure, pre-​natal, post-​natal, stretching modalities, hot stones, chair massage, and client education. I use an intuitive blend of modalities specificly directed toward each individual clients needs and why they are coming to me for a massage. It varies from simple relaxation to deeper work related to recovery from injury, stress reduction, accute chronic pain relief, all the way to a deep relaxing and grounding session. My goal is to heal, ground and promote health and wellness to whomever walks in and out of my office.

History

Established in 2007.

being a child of 8 siblings and very tired parents– I was chosen as the family massage giver, this went on until I moved away and went to collage. I went to school and recieved a BFA focusing in figural sculpture. I knew anatomy from the back of my hand as well as the human form after working with so many models, the form, movement, muscle mass as well as being an athlete my whole life. While I was a student at the University, I was also studying bodywork on the side with massage educators in wellness centers. After moving to San Francisco in 2005 I decided I would finish my Massage education and since I have been involved in on-​going continued education to always build my practice. I started my own Practice in 2007 and it has been going ever since. I also started an «On-​site» Massage Business called «PitStop Massage» with my business partner Dori Sappo. Both are still thriving and growing.

Through my years of being a massage therapist I have collected and created an integrated balance of techniques to create the most benificial experience for every individual client and there specific needs. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release, sports, reflexolofy, prenatal, stretching modalities, hot stones, and client education. My goal is to have every clients needs met and to make sure they see noticible results immediately. I feel strongly about the levels of healing massage can give us and I am confident to say that I feel this is just something I was put on this earth to do.
