Marianne Liu is my hero, walking through the city with her is like putting your hand on a book and absorbing knowledge.
She took the time to really get to know our employees and was fully invested in working with us to preserve and enhance our companies culture and values during the move. In this way she transcends the typical broker/​client relationship to one of a mutual partnership.
Marianne wasn’t there to play the expert or the concerned insider, she was there to play the game and teach us how to play it. After working with Marianne I seriously considered getting into real estate, her passion in this work was that clear.
Pulling from her deep knowledge of past/​current/​future market trends and typical lease negotiations, she was able to listen beyond our list of «nice to have’s», «must have’s» and «deal breakers» and clearly communicate what made sense for the long term success of our business.
