OK, a little late on the new updated review, as I have been busy. But anyways, the last batch of laundry we took here ended up smelling like mildew as soon as I opened the bags. Needless to say, I will do my family and mine’s own laundry like I was doing!

This was the WORST dry cleaning experience I have ever had, EVER. I took my white blazer and two of my husbands button-up shirts to be dry cleaned. There were some minor stains on my white blazer but nothing any other dry cleaner hadn’t been able to remove in the past. I went to pick up my clothes and the blazer looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. I asked them to re-do it and as I was looking at my husband’s two shirts I noticed that there were tiny black hairs all over them, stains still on one of them, and they both smelled awful(like cat pee and moth-balls). They said they would have them cleaned again and to come back in 5 days. I came back to pick them up and the shirts looked wrinkled and smelled even worse, if that is even possible. My white blazer had MORE stains on it and it is now completely ruined. It looks like they burned it with the chemicals they tried to use to clean it. This was a staple blazer and I am so disappointed to not be able to wear it anymore. WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! DONOTGOTOTHISDRYCLEANER!

Cheapest wash and fold in the area! The owners are really nice and the prices are really fair. Highly recommended!

Best laundry place in SF! So convenient and they have never messed up on any if my clothes. Wash n fold is the same price as doing laundry yourself so it makes sense to save time And do it here.

It was great while it lasted ! For the past year Ive been using this cleaners and was actually really satisfied up until today. I drop off dry cleaning /laundry every other week and spend anywhere from $ 50 — $ 80 each time I go. So for the past year I have spent over $ 1,000 with this cleaners. My last drop off was last week. I took in my husbands work clothes and some of my work clothes along with our duvet cover and shams to be washed and pressed. As I am putting on my duvet cover(from Pottery Barn), I notice that all the buttons are missing. I call TK Cleaners to complain. aka wanting them to tell me that they will fix the damage. Instead I was told that they do not guarantee buttons to come back to me. So I asked, «so you are saying that if I bring you a shirt or whatever else has buttons on it, you are saying I might get things back with missing buttons and you take no responsibility?» the answer was yes! Excuse me? Then the owner tells me that if I buy the buttons she will sew them on for me. Really !!! So you want me to pay for the cleaning. then go to a store and buy the buttons. then drive over to you so you can sew all the buttons on for me. Wow. I dont have anything better to do with my time and money apparently. Then I tell her I would rather take my business elsewhere… and her reply was… OK! She was only nice when I was paying .when they made a mistake and wont own up to it. she then was RUDE … There are hundreds of dry cleaners in San Francisco. I will take my business elsewhere. Good luck to your business !

I got my white pea coat dry cleaned here because I accidentally got bird poop on it. Th pea coat came back clean and in the same condition it was before. It cost me $ 8 to dry clean the pea coat … I don’t know if that’s cheap or not because I usually don’t dry clean my clothes

I’ve been getting my laundry done here for 3 years. At $ 0.79/pound their wash and fold is a steal. It never takes more than 48 hours, but usually I drop my clothes off in the morning, and they are finished the following afternoon. Dress shirts are $ 1.45/each, pretty standard.

Great People and Great Service! I have lived in the neighborhood for 6 years and have used them for all my dry cleaning service for the entire time. Starting three years ago(after my washer-dryer died), I have also used them for the wash and fold. Quite simply they are great. I have never had a single piece of clothing come back damaged, which is pretty incredible considering this is over a 6 year period. Their prices are fantastic as well. Most importantly, the couple that runs the place is so nice and they work ridiculously hard. As near as I can tell, I think they only take about 7 days off out of the entire year. I just cannot speak highly enough about this place and their service. UPDATE(7÷7÷2014): Moved out of the marina a few years ago, but I still keep coming here. Service remains awesome. I saw the one negative review and I am shocked. I have been using this place for over 10 years now and have never had a problem.

Love love love this place, I want to bring home the wonderful couple that run this shop so they can do all my other chores too! Prices are reasonable for wash ‘n fold service and they can put a rush order on it if need be. Your clothes come back clean and super neatly folded so all your lazy butt needs to do is put them back in a drawer when you get home, that’s pretty awesome in my book.

Very friendly service, very convenient since it is open every day. Easy to bring clothes in for wash and fold and pick them up whichever day I happen to have free time! The prices are the best! The owners also have a bike rental shop right next door.
