History

Established in 2002.

Mark graduated from the esteemed Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, earning a degree in Menswear Design & Tailoring. Mark continued his studies at the American University in Rome, Italy where he studied International Trade and Marketing in the Fashion Industries. Working with four iconic fashion houses, Mark contributed to Giorgio Armani, Valentino, Gucci Group’s Yves Saint Laurent and Calvin Klein.

Through his experiences Mark recognized that classic tailor-​made clothing often looked «crafty» and lacked hanger appeal while Luxury Goods Ready-​to-​Wear had fine attention to detail and finishing but lacked the fit, fabric and hand-​construction techniques of Savile Row style tailoring. Marrying the hallmark characteristics of both Savile Row Tailoring and Luxury Ready-​To-​Wear has become the Mark Pomerantz signature product philosophy while promising as a brand to re-​impassion men to experience the best.

From a young age Mark was always inspired by two things, what was the best and what made it the best. Discovering fashion at age 16 Mark married his intrigue in the finest with his passion for menswear luxury tailoring. From then on Mark Pomerantz made it his vision to be synonymous as the best.
