John M.
Business Owner
John S. Mateo, MAI, is the firm’s principal and founder. He received his MAI designation in 1996 and has worked at a variety of real estate appraisal and consulting firms in the Bay Area. He has an AB from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Columbia University Business School.
