Members can use their membership cards for discounts! I’ve used at Sports Basement (nice Discount!!) Nice Gym. All your reg modern equipment in a clean place, seperate free weight room, racketball X 2. Bball court is pretty demoractic, with actual bball drop in times among badminton, futsal, and other indoor sports. Although it is annoying when Four people are playing badminton and I want to shoot some Jumpers. Do they need to take up all 3 hoops?
They have Bball leagues too, advanced, intermed, and 6 ft & under. All coed I believe. Leages have high participation and are competitive and fun. STAFF are all good and friendly. Nice SAUNA in mens. The women’s locker room may have steam room instead of sauna i hear, don’t know if that’s actually true. POOL is smaller though. Four lanes designated fast and slow, may be a wait at times, i swam once and was dillying around slow style and i noticed some firm-​pot-​bellied hardcore swimmer was waiting impatiently. No I always peek in, no waits, but always swimmers. Good for laps I guess, not good for play. Always life-​guard on duty.
Online registration and signup for all the classes they offer and there are lots. from stress busting yoga of varying styles, dance fitness, martial arts, everything from heart pumping too soul soothing. Instructors are professional and motivating. I’ve done body flow and hatha yoga, they do the trick. Class had amatuers (me) and avids alike. Rooms are average size. Parking is garage-​only, unless you live within walking distance. Street parking is a no go as this is on UCSF campus. Across the street actually. The Gym is attached to a food court area among other things. For me the best is the bball court (nice), sauna.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with the Millberry Union Conference staff multiple times — and they are hands down an awesome crew to work with. The Conference Center Coordinator, Bonz, is easy going and extremely helpful. This past winter my non-​profit had a holiday event at Millberry Union that needed a few last minute «pipe and drape» dividers. Bonz went out of her way to use her connections to get that extra amenity set up for us on the day of the event!

I’m only at Millberry Union for a day-​conference, but the beautiful view and fantastic weather has inspired me. Located right next to UCSF Medical Center on Parnassus Ave, and accessible by the N Judah muni line, Millberry Union houses a UCSF store, a small food court, and great-​looking fitness facilities open for public use.
It may just be suburban desperation talking, but Millberry Union seems like a great place to work out then grab a cup of coffee and start your day. The view across the city to the golden gate is absolutely spectacular.
