History

Established in 1999.

The business started off making cakes and cookies my fiancé learned to bake since she was 8 years old. We moved to Texas to grow organic watermelons on my Grandfathers deserted farm. Two year drought decided to move to Phoenix Arizona. No corner MOM and POP corner stores to sell to like in San Francisco. We moved back to San Francisco, discovered an old family Sweet Potato Pie recipe from my cousin Linda, this changed everything. Most Grandmothers, Mothers, Aunts in my family and other southern families brought Southern Cuisine and Dessert recipes to California. I remember growing up in San Francisco, and sometime in Texas, and enjoying the delicious dinners that were a tradition passed on from generation to generation. All of my Mother’s and Fathers generation have passed on. I’m honored to continue this fine tradition of baking Original Authentic Southern Sweet Potato Pies and Lemon Chess pies. I dedicate the Brand name of Miz Lynn’s to all of the wonderful women in my two families

It is my responsibility to oversee every aspect of the business from Management, Production, Sales, marketing, distribution, Receivables etc. I couldn’t do it without the help of a wonderful reliable crew that appreciates my vision and mission of Miz Lynn’s Pies, and that is to provide High quality Delicious Desserts for those who crave a great pie.
