Established in 2009.

We are a boutique coaching firm. Our consultants and coaches have extensive experiences in corporate and start-​up businesses. We specialize in helping high-​growth companies close organizational development gap and prepare high-​potential leaders to take their career to the next level. As companies and leaders grow, their successes create new sets of problems and challenges. To sustain growth, companies and leaders must develop new skills and mindsets in order to meet the challenges of the new business realities. We help our clients achieve their aspirations and business/​personal transformation.

Business Owner

I bring to my coaching extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experiences, having worked in marketing at Yahoo, DHL, Johnson & Johnson, and started the «Business Reinvention» show on Voice America. I helped companies uncover opportunities, shift paradigms, develop programs that led to profitable growth. I am passionate about helping my clients to achieve their aspirations. I help them explore their strengths and resources. I join them in the journey to create a more rewarding life and business.

Previously, I also worked as an independent volunteer in Tanzania and Mexico engaging rural communities to develop sustainable solutions and self-​sufficiency programs for better farming, healthcare and education. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. I am a true believer that through empowerment, change is possible in the least expected places. I am glad that coaching allows me to help people to live up to their potential.
