I’ve been working out with Randall for almost 2 years and I can’t recommend Randall enough. Fitness has always been an important part of my life. At various points in my life I’ve been in and out of shape. When I met Randall in 2013, I was at a low point in terms of my physical shape. While I had my own gym membership I found that I often used the same workouts over and over again. I started with a free training session with Randall and we hit it off. Randall’s approach was to mix a variety of fitness routines. The workouts were always different and I was constantly learning new techniques all the while getting in better and better shape. Randall also advised me on diet and helped me keep track of what I was eating. 2 years later I’m still seeing Randall twice a week. I’m probably in the best psychical shape I’ve been in a long time. Highly recommended.

Athletics has always been an important part of my life. I enjoy exercise and felt like I had pretty solid knowledge of how to get and stay fit. A couple of years ago I starting feeling like I was in rut. Despite hours logged in the gym and on the bike, I was not making progress. Keeping up with a demanding job and teenage kids was also taking a toll on my fitness level. I worked out with Randall just to try it not expecting it to make much a difference. I was completely wrong. Now, a year later, I feel so fortuante to be his client. I am stronger and more flexible as a result of our work. Moreover, my fitness is functional and it helps me everyday. I feel better, sleep better and eat better because of Randall. If you want to make the most of your workouts, call Randall. He is a pro.

A couple of years back, I started pushing my cycling past commuting, and playing about 5−10h a week of basketball. Having been a lazy programmer for most of my adult life, it felt great at first but I began to struggle and get minor injuries which I knew were because I didn’t know how to take care of myself. I had a membership at a couple of nice gyms which I mostly used for showering after cycling before work, but I didn’t really know what I was doing. Randall worked at one of those places at the time, saw me putting forth effort, but not making much progress, and offered to show me some things. In the past year I’ve made huge strides in overall strength, flexibility, and endurance, it has helped me to push my cycling up to 100k, and when I’m on the basketball court, I can really move better and get more out of my exercise. So much of exercise is fundamental, but I see professional athletes doing exercises that Randall has taught me all of the time. At a Giants postseason game, I pointed out a trainer stretching one of the players on the field to my partner and said, «That’s the quality of trainer I have.» It sounds cliché that reaching fitness and other health goals will help with productivity and basically in every area of your life, but it’s true. I started cycling 10−20mi in the mornings to cope with a dreary commute and work schedule I didn’t like, as a distraction, but it’s fed into me continually improving my life all the time, and Randall has helped me to really smash barriers I was intimidated by on my own. I’m setting my sights higher than ever, and I highly recommend working with this guy!
