I have worked with Alex at two weddings now, and have been extremely impressed by her punctuality, precision and ability to keep everything running smoothly. Everything occurred exactly when it was supposed to, and at one point things were even running ahead of schedule! I could tell how much the clients trusted Alex and relied on her judgment to help facilitate the evening. She kept calm under pressure and was able to quickly adapt to unexpected hiccups throughout the events. We hired Alex as our «Day Of» coordinator and could not be happier with her services. Since our first initial meeting, Alex has gone above and beyond her duties. She availed herself morning and some late evenings to our e-​mails/​texts leading up to wedding. We are so glad to have hired her as it took the stress off of us and she took the reins in communicating with the other vendors. Every bride needs a person to make sure her concepts come to fruition, esp. on the day of. Your makeup will take longer than you think, you will not have time to direct decorations, you will wish you could clone an invisible version of yourself for the day… but with Alex you won’t need to. Even though she stepped in just a week before the wedding she came in and made sure that the event went without a hitch. From guiding the set up of the florals to finding a seat for an unexpected guest, she made sure all to smooth out all the bumps so that we could truly enjoy our special day! I highly recommend her for her expertise, professionalism, and wonderful eye for design.
