Ashley is awesome. From my first phone call to my personal orientation she was friendly, efficient, and FAST.
This is the only One Stop Career Link Center I’ve been to, but it was nice. Computer, copier, printer, fax. Quiet, clean, awesome.

This is by far the best One-​Stop Center in the city. It’s clean, the equipment works well consistently, the staff is professional and efficient, they have a clean restroom, it’s quiet, AND there is plenty of free parking. Recently, I went to the One-​Stop in the Mission and the other that shares a space with the EDD and I ran back here even though it’s a drive from where I need to pick up my son from school. The African-​American woman that works there is firm but fair and I suspect it’s her fault this place functions so beautifully. Thank you!!!

It’s almost the end of the year and I am so thankful to be in the position I am in. For me, One-​Stop Career Center’s ratings rose from
1 star in March to
3 stars in December!
I was able to attend a health fair being held at a different One Stop Career Center on the TUESDAY (below), which opened and closed different doors of opportunity, and I am almost at the end of the roads.

Denise J. — Thanks for your review. Hopefully it will be like that when I go next week. The woman on the phone sounded huffy, puffy and rude while I was making appointments for 3 different workshops. Times and dates were verified with her before thanking her and hanging up.
It sounded like she was having a hard time keeping her cool and was ready to ‘splode when I asked where they were located in the shopping center.
Since I made the appointments, I went. Here’s the scenario (s):
MONDAY — 12:00 appt. — per manager, Daoud, the front desk person AND the other person «did not show up today.»
(But I had an appointment.)
«I understand»
(WHAT??? & no one bothered to call me?)
«I know, I understand.»
(You can’t do something like that if you work in an office or a company, you know.)
«Yes, I know. I understand.»
He gave me the forms to fill out to get my precious 1 stop card.
TUESDAY — 9:00 a.m. — «Oh that person doesn’t come in today.» says the front desk person.
(But that’s what you told me when we made the appointment.)
«Don’t tell me I said that; I never said that.»
(Ok. then cancel my next appointment with you. I’ve come here twice and spent $ 6.00 on transportation and I haven’t been able to see anyone.)
«When’s your next appointment? Do you have a card?
(Yes.)
«You’re not even in the system.»
(I know I came yesterday.)
«Well I wasn’t here yesterday.
(I know.)
Daoud: :Her paperwork is on the corner of your desk there, right on top.»
THURSDAY — 9:30 a.m. — via telephone: «Did you want to attend that seminar? The person from EDD is here today.»
(I told you the last time I was there to cancel my appointment with you.) «So you do not want to attend, is that correct?»
(Yes, that’s correct.)
But ~ the laser printer makes wonderfully fast copies.
