They are knowledgable of local real estate business to help you find the property that best fits you but also are willing to listen to customer’s own opinions and preferences. No pushy attitude or traditional real estate agent’s salesman faces, therefore making the whole buying experience delightful.
All this plus their amazing rebate program (you, as the buyer get 50% of the buyer’s agent commission back directly from Openlistings after closing), you really can’t think of a better way of buying a real estate property.

I have been so happy with my experience. I feel that OL went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint with how many deals I submitted before I closed on my property. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, like it sounded too good to be true with how large the buyer rebate would be for closing (3% buyer commission-​$ 5,000 OL fee=largest buyer rebate I have seen!), but I feel that it went incredibly smooth.
I have already told everyone that I have been involved with during the buying process about OL and how your business model works: the bank, the title company, family, and friends, and everyone thinks that it is a great deal and said they will definitely call you guys before they look to buy a house in the future. Everything went even better than I could have hoped for!
