P.L.A.Y. PET LIFESTYLE AND YOU INC

I’ve been passing by this establishment for over a few years and was always curious about it. Finally this past Friday they had a warehouse sale. I was so psyched to finally get one of their beds for my dog. When I brought it home that day I totally underestimated the size my dog would need. I thought «OK. No problem. They are a local company they should be able to help me out.» I sent them an email the following week and asked them if I could exchange the bed for a large size. I neglected to notice that Friday sale was all sales final. I thought I could at least exchange the unused bed for the larger size and pay the full price difference. That option was not offered.
Word to the wise when they say all sales final they mean it. I’m so bummed about the bed not fitting my husband dog.
I was definitely impressed by how quickly they contacted me. They even called my phone twice but being that I was in a meeting so I couldn’t answer right away. Anyways, I’m sure they are more willing to work with those who buy their products directly via the web site since the return policy is outlined there. I will say the lady who helped me out that Friday was super helpful. Seems like an awesome eco-​friendly product. But sigh no P.L.A.Y. bed for my hubby’s dog. Oh well off to eBay that bed goes.

My pug fell in love with a Snuggle Bed after hijacking my dogsitter’s for a weekend, so I knew my little fur princess needed one of her own. Unfortunately the mail at my office is even less reliable than the mail at my apartment, and I never received the item — without even batting an eye, Lauren and Jan sent me another one no questions asked. A-​MAZING customer service. Probably gifting Snuggle Beds to every fur parent I know this holiday season!

Not a Retail Store. We went here to look at Dog beds, fun products for our dogs — only to see a small sign on the door, saying not a store (even though we could see the products on the shelves, floor and see people (employees inside).
Website is nice, lots of pictures and discriptions — but would like to see and touch the actual products.

I love P.L.A.Y products! My best friend ADORES her puppy so I bought a dog bed for her pup and she went crazy. I love all of their products especially because they are so eco-​friendly, affordable, and totally stylish. It excites me everytime I see any of their products featured in magazines. By far — P.L.A.Y is an acompany with the best products!

Oh my goodness! These beds are wonderful! Not only are they terrific looking — I got the Giants’ colors SF Skyline — but they wash and wear so well. They are really outstanding quality and look great sitting in my house.
