I gave them one star only because this site forces you to but they deserve a negative star!!! This is the WORST travel agency I have ever used and will NEVER use them or refer them to anyone I know. Our issue was they issued us a ticket with an incorrect spelling first name and wrong last name and I will take ownership that we gave them the wrong information because my mom changed her last name but as soon as we saw the ticket and realized that there was a mistake we tried fixing it right away (One week or two before her flight). My mother made two separate trips to fix this problem and they ASSURED her that they have already sent all the information to the airlines and that she will be fine to travel with the ticket she has. We were hesitant but we figured they’re the EXPERTS since they are a «travel agency» and we trusted them and went with their word. The day of the travel when we got to the airport we were told by the airlines that my mother was not able to travel with this incorrect spelling of her name we called Palm Travel Agency over and over and we were unable to reach anyone to help us for hours… Long story short my mom missed her flight and it was delayed for 6 days she was supposed to be visiting my grandmother who recently just had a stroke and was waiting for some medical supplies along with medications and the travel agency had no sympathy instead they made us pay the full refund price which was $ 275 and the difference of the ticket. They took no responsibility and did not care about our issue or concern. The Filipino women that works there (Terri) is extremely rude and was talking over us the whole time we were trying to explain our problem to her… This Travel Agency gets a NEGATIVE star from our family and friends. Also they are not listed under Better Businesses Bureau (BBB) when I tried looking them up to make a formal complaint. Please do your self a favor and don’t use this agency!!!
