We calculate liabilities, make tax deposits, and file your payroll tax returns to allow you to focus on your primary business. Our personal service is paramount, allowing you to talk to the same dedicated local Payroll Expert anytime. We offer full electronic banking services including direct deposit and EFTPS. Our price schedule is straight-​forward at $ 45.00 base charge per payroll plus $ 2.25 per employee per payroll, with no surprise charges and 940s, 941s, DE 9s, DE 9Cs and W-​3s included in our base price. W-​2s cost $ 5.00 per employee per year and direct deposit is $ 0.05 per transaction. Postage costs if applicable, are passed through.

We also offer benefits administration and specialize in the implementation of local and national payroll tax incentive programs, such as Section 125 and 401(k) plans, and commuter check programs. We have a proven record of surmounting our service cost with tax savings, so no business is too small. We work with firms from 1 – 100 employees.

Business Owner

Our owner Scott F. Dineen worked previously as an Equity Analyst with several local boutique firms including Tiburon Research Group, Inc. and Langner & Company, LLC. Desiring a return to the small business community that he experienced while working with and growing up around his family’s CPA firm in Northern New Hampshire, Scott saw an opportunity to provide affordable, client-​focused payroll services to the small– and medium-​sized businesses of California.
