Peter Goldman, DC

Dr. Pete Goldman is an outstanding healer! He helped heal my migraines which I used to have all the time. Nowadays I rarely have them, and if I do, I manage to get an adjustment with Dr. Pete and in a couple of hours the pain is gone! If you suffer from migraines, you know this is quite an accomplishment. Dr. Pete also treated me for tendonitis, indigestion, neck and back pain of all types, difficulty sleeping, concussion, anxiety, you name it! I always sleep really well afterwards.
I referred Dr. Pete to friends and family and it’s always a success.
Dr. Pete created the Zone Technique, a chiropractic healing method that identifies the zone in the brain that needs healing, being it digestive, circulatory, glandular, nervous, eliminative or muscular. He then adjusts the body allowing it to heal.

I came to Dr. Pete as a skeptic. He was referred to my by a mutual friend of ours and I originally came to him for sports related injuries, but afterwards he was able to help me with infertility (more on that later).
My first impression of him was that he was very knowledgeable and he was not shy at all about explaining his methodology and his treatment. As an athlete himself, he was able to diagnose root causes to a my pains and was able to adjust me quickly with no nonsense.
After our session, I had brought up that I have had infertility issues, and he had assured me that with proper neck/​spinal adjustments, I could be helped. I wasn’t totally sold but considering how he was changing my life with his injury adjustments, I decided to give it a try. Well, long story short, I was retested about 6 months later, and I am no longer infertile. I can’t explain any of the science, I just know it worked for me.
Since then I’ve moved away from SF, and I have since been looking to find a chiropractor that is as knowledgeable and direct as he is about FIXING my injuries. The man is a true healer and I was really fortunate to have him work on me in the past. He has never once tried to oversell me on a healing plan, and was more than happy to tell me «You are healthy» when my pains were gone.

They told me I had to have surgery for my neck due to a slipped disc in my neck and a friend recommended Dr Pete. In 6 days I was sorted and back to doing the thing Dr’s told me I’d never do again. Dr Peter restored my vigor and I am so grateful to him for his service. This is my second trip to the «healing room» and this time I brought my wife and friend and they’re both extremely happy with the results. Thoroughly recommended through and though. If you’re ever in the Bay Area you should make the trip, it’ll change your life. I made mine from thousands of miles away.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Pete around 6 years ago. At that time I had a pinched nerve in my neck & he fixed it. Since then, I go to see him as needed. His work is consistently of the highest quality. To top it off, he has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend Dr. Pete.

I am not an athlete, but I have raised a couple of them… I had become ‘sedentary’ after a back injury that basically took me out for over two years! I found Dr Pete, through my son (former UFC fighter Kyle Kingsbury) I am so grateful! I actually went snow skiing this year, i was certain I was done with all of that Fun! I still see him monthly, unless I have ‘too much’ fun, then I go more often.
I drive from the South Bay, to see Dr Pete. If he wasn’t extraordinary I wouldn’t make the trip.

San Francisco seems to attract the best talent and I’m extremely grateful for being able to live in the bay area. Dr. Goldman has helped me through my spur of the moment random events and cries for help. He’s also helped my wife who suffered through post pregnancy pains, neck, wrists, etc. He knows the human body and has an incredible strong faith in it’s ability to heal and uses his years of practice and study to heal the bay area one person at at a time.

Dr. Pete is so much more than a chiropractor. He is a healer at best.
I went in with neck pain that just wouldn’t go away. Within a week I was healed and whenever I feel off (always stress related) I go and see him right away. He just has that magic touch. I have learned so much about healing the body, mind and spirit that I now look at my emotional wellness as top priority.

Dr. Pete is the real deal. Like a lot of other reviewers I had back problems for years due to snowboarding accidents. After struggling just to walk around for almost 7 years and going to countless doctors, chiros, physical therapists and even trying injections I went to see Dr. Pete. My back was so bad it had started to cause other issues with my body but Dr. Pete fixed me with only a few sessions.
What originally convinced me top give him a try was that he had actually healed my nieces of their lactose intolerance. One of whom had allergies to dairy that were so bad she had been hospitalized several times for them. After a couple treatments Dr. Pete had both of them eating dairy. My niece was able to eat real ice cream for the first time in her life. So since he had such a good track record for healing I sent a friend who was suffering from serious health problems to see him and he healed her as well. To expand a little bit my friend was literally only able to eat about 4 things total without having extreme stomach pains and getting sick. She had went to every doctor, holistic healer and nutritionist she could find and had not gotten any help. It had started several years earlier with only a couple foods and had just kept getting worse. The doctors were no help. they kept changing their diagnosis every time a new food would start to cause her pain and digestion problems. Anyway after the first session she saw immediate improvement and after less than ten treatments she was eating almost everything she had to give up previously. My wife made the deserts for her wedding and she was ecstatic that she could eat them and didn’t have to skip any of the festivities. SO from both of us many thanks go out to Dr. Pete! Dr Pete has made my life better.
Im 35 now and have spent 24 years of it practicing martial arts, back in 2011 I Herniated my disk L4, the bulge was apparent in my MRI and sciatic pain felt like a knife in my left hip down to my big toe. Pain got to a height that left me bed ridden for a month and I couldn’t even work or train.
Before I met Dr Pete I spent a year visiting my hospital pt, various chiropractors, acupuncturists, holistic healers, nutritionists, took pain medication, got an epidural which made me worse (lost sensation in my ankle), all with no luck in getting better so I finally came to a point where surgery was going to be my last effort. I scheduled the surgery and a week before going in I took another chance with a different chiropractor my jiujitsu instructor highly recommended.
When I met pete I had to use a cane to walk and couldn’t stand straight or sit for 30 seconds without an excruciating amount of pain.
Before my first adjustment I remember lying down waiting on his bench for my turn staring at the ceiling thinking I need a miracle to get better.
Little did i know this day would change my fate, from my first visit/​adjustment I could feel change, not better at first but definitely different, after a few more sessions in a weeks time I knew we were onto something good. I postponed my surgery date and continued weekly visits with Dr Pete.
After the first month I noticed steady consistent improvement to the point I canceled the surgery.
Pain was still there but was definitely feeling less and less. I was able to go back to work and sleep better at night.
After a few months the pain got less and less and to the point of feeling no more sciatic pain.
I took a year off before returning to training martial arts to enjoy my life without pain.
I joined back at my dojo and able to train again without pain. I visit him now every few months for maintenance and currently train every week and feel pain free again.
I cant stress my appreciation enough to this man. I am forever grateful. He is a true healer and a master at what he does, I will recommend him for the rest of my life. He has already helped my multiple family members and close friends and all think he is an amazing person.

My experience with Dr. Pete started when my husband visited him and absolutely loved his session. So a little jealous, I booked a session with him. Changed my life! His technique and abilities are unmatched! He has helped me feel a lot better (headaches and that time of the month cramps). I would recommend everyone, ailmants or not, to go see him. I even sent my friend to him who got in a bad car accident and really hurt his back. This guy was miserable before seeing Dr. Pete and he is now able to move around without his constant back pain. He is almost 100% better, no surgery needed (which is what doctors told him he needed). Basically, Dr. Pete is the best and if you are thinking about seeing him, JUST DO IT =)

I can’t say enough about Dr. Goldman and his unparallelled healing abilities, and I’ve never seen such miraculous results — and for such a wide variety of injuries and health conditions — and in a short amount of time. I’m reviewing Dr. Pete on behalf of my dad (who is not the most computer savvy person). I heard a lot about Pete from Denny over at 10^th Planet Jiu-​Jitsu, who swore up and down about Pete’s abilities. When my dad had some moderate to severe back pain about two months ago after a soccer game, I told him about Denny’s positive experiences with Pete. He saw Pete two or three times. He has not complained about his back since. Moreover, my dad, a born skeptic, is really gung-​ho about the treatment he received from Pete. So whatever Pete did.. .it helped my Dad a lot, and for that I am quite grateful.

Damn you Goldman! Why did you move?
He was my chiropractor for years and I followed him to every new office he went to but SF I cannot do. He has the touch and knows what athletes, especially jiu jitsu and MMA guys need. A lot of chiros do not get it. A lot of doctors don’t get it. Spent too many years studying and not enough time working out to even understand anything about sports injury.
Goldman is the best adjuster I have ever been to.

I train jiu jitsu 6 times a week and you cant help but take on the occasional injury, I was hardly able walk on my ankle, and after one visit to Dr Pete my ankle started healing and was back to normal. So if you have back and or neck pain or just any old crazy pain it would be worth it to see Dr Pete.
