been going here for years. great hydroponic supply all around … if they dont have it. they will order it … very competitive with the prices as well. i think they always have the lowest prices in San Francisco … the guys seem to know what they are talking about as well … i like the red hair guy that is always up front. he will always take time out to answer my? s

Night and day from the terrible service at the Divisidero store. Scott and the other workers seemed to actually want to and enjoyed helping me find the proper equipment, were honestly focused on me. DO GO to this store! Great prices, great selection, worth going to the Bayshore district and much more pleasant experience.

I had been coming here back when they were at their old location. This place is pretty good, since one doesn’t ever really need to put in an order for things like other places. Their stock is big enough that they carry most of the common stuff that people need. And I love their display models, gives a great example of how things should be setup.
The only problem is the guys don’t really know what they are selling. They push new products and do not know how one fertilizer might react to another. Even their pesticides are a guessing game. So if one do not know what they need, it is best to avoid this place unless one has a deep wallet.

I hate to cause a rift, but the other comment on here could not be further from the truth. They know how to solve your gardening problems because they actually grow plants here. Check out the grow room and you can see for yourself. I have gotten great advice and lots of friendly service from these guys. maybe a little skateboards– but what do you expect, its a warehouse with grow stuff.
