We were recently in San Francisco over the holidays and wanted to find decent transport to and from SFO. Found this company through Unilocal and so glad we did. Professional, courteous and prompt. Made reservations over the phone and emailed confirmation within minutes. love the fact they texted and kept constant communication both for pick up and drop off. Our driver Bay was awesome! We were even upgraded to a Cadillac Escalade from airport pick up and a Mercedes S Class back to airport — can’t get better than that!!! Folks, this is worth the money and frankly not that much more for a private and clean car.

Great service. They are always early to pick up, super friendly, and reasonable. We often get picked up in a Tesla! We have been happy every time.

We looked to Pleasant Limo, LLC for a day-​trip to Napa and St. Helena after seeing such terrific reviews on Unilocal and they definitely did not disappoint! Booking was easily done online and our fabulous driver Elvin (ask for him!) arrived promptly, right at the time we requested. We were delightfully surprised to be whisked away in a roomy Mercedes, even though we had opted for the lowest grade town car. The car was stocked with plenty of bottled water, which was definitely needed for a full day in wine country.
Elvin was friendly, professional and truly went above-​and-​beyond anything we could have expected! From telling us about the sights and towns right outside of San Francisco to stopping in front of the picturesque «Welcome to Napa Valley» sign to take a photo to going out of his way to take us to the lookout point over the Golden Gate Bridge after it came up in conversation that we didn’t get a chance to see it on our trip — Elvin was considerate of all of our needs and funny to boot!
Despite all of our detours and side trips from the original itinerary we provided, Elvin got us back to our hotel right on time. We could not have asked for a better driver (and part time photographer!) or a better guy to tour us around Napa Valley! We will definitely be booking with Pleasant Limo every time we come to San Francisco!

Upon booking my trip to San Francisco I knew I wasn’t renting a car. Unilocal really helped me out finding a reputable car service to and from the airport. You can book online or call to make your reservation. They have lots of options as far as cars and limos. Since it was just the two of us, a limo wasn’t necessary.
When arriving in SFO, they just need a quick call to let them know which number door you are waiting by. The suv was there within minutes. Our driver was very friendly and professional. There is also bottled water waiting for you inside.
Since it was reliable picking up from the airport, I reserved a ride back. Our driver was at the hotel at our exact reservation time. He made sure the car temperature was good for us.
It was definitely pleasant and would always recommend using them when in the area.

Great service provider… will definitely call upon them again the next time I need a car service in the San Francisco area. I used Pleasant Limo to pick up our son and daughter-​in-​law when they returned to SFO from their honeymoon. Everything worked like clockwork… they texted our son when their plane landed and the driver coordinated with them what door they would meet at and the estimated time to get there.
I arranged for a Town Car, but the driver arrived in a Tesla! The two traveled in style to their apartment in the City.

Clearly they don’t need my review but I’m leaving one anyways because I’m a big fan. I’ve been a customer for a long time and their service is always perfection. I use them to get to SFO from the city. Online reservations are easy, they know their way around traffic, and their drivers are friendly and professional. Can’t say enough great things about them.

These guys rock! I’ve been riding with them every week for the past two years (2x/​wk, I fly for work) and they’ve never let me down. Their service is exceptionally professional, the cars are all nice, new, and clean, and the drivers (ask for Elvin!) are the best in the business. If you’re just visiting town, ask to ride in the Tesla for that true San Francisco experience.

These guys were GREAT! The driver arrived on time, with an immaculately clean van (there were 5 of us with lots of Lugguage and baby gear). Our driver was polite and very helpful with our Lugguage. I will definitely use them again and again !

Wow, what a service! New, luxurious, clean cars with punctual and super friendly drivers. I used Pleasant Limo twice while at the conference in San Francisco. We had a party of three, and when I compared the cost of an airport shuttle, the decision was instantaneous. it’s about the same price, but what a world of difference!

The absolute best limo service I have ever used… anywhere. I have made about 20 bookings with them over the last couple of years and every single time have been treated with friendly and warm courtesy. Booking is easy over the phone or online. No car has ever been late (in fact they are always a bit early — ready and waiting) and the prices are awesome. I never use anyone else.

I have used Pleasant Limo for three years to get to and from airports. They are always on time, and are able to accommodate late flight arrivals. I appreciate being able to pre schedule trips and all the drivers have been very professional. PL makes traveling less stressful and more pleasant!

Excellent Service! Drivers were early! Communication was awesome via email, phone, and text. I even text late at night to confirm booking and received a response. The vehicles exceeded my expectations! They were very clean, new, luxurious. ABSOLUTE GREAT SERVICE! Trustworthy and knowledgeable drivers! Will use again and recommend to all my friends and family.

Elvin is a rock star, super chic, and very friendly. I was so impressed with how clean the vehicle was and how much he worked to get me to my location during Bay Breakers. We almost ordered a pizza ;-) being suck in traffic so long.

Two colleagues recommended Pleasant Limo: One works at a small SF foundation and one at a large company in Silicon Valley. Booking was easy, the drivers arrived on time and were very courteous; overall, I was very pleased. In fact, Pleasant Limo would get five stars except for this mistake: One of the drivers stopped to get gas *after* he picked me up. This seemed wrong, so we called to complain. Oko said that she «would look into it.» This was not the response we were expecting from a company that otherwise had such good service.
UPDATED: Pleasant Limo called me immediately I posted this review, to apologize. They also offered to provide a credit for the driver’s mistake, which they had confirmed. It turns out that they had made an earlier attempt to reach me, but had failed. I’m very impressed!

We arranged for a limo to pick us up from our wedding reception in Carmel and take us to SFO for our honeymoon. The limo was comfortable and clean, and well stocked with icy beverages and champagne to celebrate our day.
The driver was prompt (ten minutes early in fact!), patient and courteous while we said goodbye to our guests. My husband accidentally left his suit jacket at the reception, and while we were gathering our bags at the hotel room, the driver graciously volunteered to swing back by the reception to retrieve it. This was a huge help, and we were so relieved!
We had initially debated on various options for transportation, and I am SO glad we went with Pleasant Limo. It was a bit of a splurge for us, but for the way it enhanced our special day, it was worth every penny! It was a great end to the night, and the ride was so enjoyable that the 2.5 hour drive to the airport flew by like it was nothing!

I’ve been using Pleasant Limo for about eight years now. Prior to finding them I had used several other limo companies. I became frustrated with the other companies for their lack of timeliness and spotty condition of their vehicles. One car broke down in my driveway, another failed to show up at my wedding (my wife arrived in a yellow cab to our outdoor ceremony…)
Needless to say, Pleasant limo has been nothing but perfect since I’ve been using them. They are ALWAYS on time and they have an extremely clean and new fleet of vehicles (Tesla, Mercedes, etc…). I wouldn’t consider using another provider.
