I continue to reach out to speak with anyone and never can.
I think the attendants watch you put things away while you park and help whoever is stealing.
If you park here for the cheap price, you will pay far worse.

United States» I got my window broken for no reason. Just spend the extra 10 $ n u get to park closer.

Yeah… so they never responded and I had to pay for everything (over $ 1,000).
I also was contacted by another person who experienced something similar with over $ 4,000 in damages. They remain unresponsive (surprise)!
Don’t park here.

I parked here for a month. My car got scratched pretty badly. The guys on the ground are nice, but management sucks. Very poor customer service, and prices are more unpredictable than other parking spots. If you stay one minute after 7PM, you have to go collect your keys several blocks away in an alley (kind of scary). Of course, they don’t tell you this – I found out the hard way. I would not recommend you park here.

My car was broken in the parking lot located at Howard Ave. with 2^nd street…
I parked around 3:00 pm and was charged $ 15, not bad at all, but when I come back at 5:30 the windshield was broken and my backpack with laptop and other stuff was robbed, I tried to reach immediately the place but nobody picked up the phone at that hour.
I tried to reach the manager of the parking lot for over a month but the guy is never in his office, and never return calls. The parking lot did not have a surveillance camera either.
We think the person who attended us might be somehow involved in the robbery. Several cues indicate that, 1) we were not told he will be leaving at 4:00 pm, and didn’t point out the risks of leaving the vehicle in that area, 2) he noticed immediately that we were tourists, easy targets for robbery and stay close when we were taking out some stuff from the truck, 3) when we come back the next day trying to talk to the guy, he was very unresponsive, not even a hint of surprise. As I said, just cues that putting together lead us to think that.

I used one of their lots earlier this year, but they hit my car real bad without even telling me when I went to go pick up my keys. They wanted me to go to their recommended body shop and would only give a portion of the expected cost of what other independent body shops said was necessary to fix such damage. It was also extremely difficult to get in contact with Priority’s claim guy and he was giving me the run around for weeks so I had no choice but to go through my insurance company. It’s been a total headache since they’ve damaged my car and I have not used Priority Parking since then. Considering how many lots they operate, you would think they would be more professional.
Beware if you are getting your car valeted by these guys. Any damage will be a pain in the ass to get taken care of.

Parked my pickup truck here on a Sunday and it seemed fair enough at $ 10 for the day.
When I came back I had a ticket that said that because I had a full size truck the fee was $ 45 not $ 10!
I don’t have a full size truck. I was using just one spot like any other car.
And it’s just crazy that the price all of a sudden went up by 450%!!
Nice way to rip people off…

The sign said $ 10, the man said $ 30 and cash only. Umm, NO!

Priority parking is unresponsive to repeated requests for refunds for being overcharged. They hire rude employees who threaten customers by holding their cars ransom if you don’t pay them their overpriced rates.

I used to be a monthly parker at this lot for over a year because my company had contracted rate with them. The staff are friendly, but they aren’t the sharpest pencils in the cup.
The lot is an outdoor open lot so it gets pretty dusty and the cars are parked under the sun all day long. I didn’t like that they move the cars around several times a day and trecked all the dirt and dusk inside my car. As expected, door dings on multiple occassions because they parked the cars so close to each other. Once I saw a huge stratch and the paint were gone from my front bumper. When I drove in the next day, I pointed that out to the attendance and asked them to be more careful and maybe not park so close to higher cars like an SUV that could be the stratch from an SUV bumper as they are backing up. To my outrage, the attendance told that something like that could have happened anywhere like on street parkings and that is what a bumper is meant to do. I wasn’t asking for money for repair, I was only pointing out to caution them, but in returned I got a lecture instead. How rude and irresponsible. No apologies, no acknowledging that they will be more caution in the future, NADA!
Then there is the occassional attitude that not only me, but many of my co-​workers have to endure. There is in and out priviledge in this lot, but you’ll have to inform them in the morning so they leave your car on the first row instead of parking it all the way in the back and blocked it with 7 cars. Some days, we would tell them we need to take the car out in the middle of the day and they would forget and ended up having to move 7 cars so that we can get out. They were pissed and kept rambling about how we didn’t tell them when in fact we did, but they forgot and we got yelled at for their forgetfulness and lack of communications between their own crew.
The worst was, one of the attendants has a crush on me and he was constantly teasing me and trying to pick me up. Every time I go to the lot, I could see the other attendant teasing him in Spanish that his «girlfriend» is coming and he would get all red. I just ignored him. After awhile, I just got tired of it and felt creepy and weirded out.
After so many unnecessary headaches and pain of dealing with these kinds of B.S., for $ 250 a month, I think there is better options out there that it didn’t have to be so overbearing and THERE IS. So I took my business from Priority Parking and found a much better lot in the same distance from my work and for $ 25 cheaper a month. Dig that!

I had a very bad experience with Priority Parking. It was my first trip to SFO. Parked my car in Priorty’s parking lot at Pier 23. There was a guy standing there collecting parking fee from others and I also gave him $ 15. But when I returned to get the car in the evening, I saw a parking violation notice on many cars including mine. Luckly I found a guy who seems to be from Priority Parking and asked him about it. He told me that the other guy might have cheated me. There are no such money collectors and tickets needs to be bought from the machine. (There were messages written about it. But since there was a guy who was acting as a priority parking employee collecting money, everyone gave him the parking fee directly)
I had to pay $ 35 as penalty for not having a valid parking ticket.
I doubt if they all are playing a tricky game together. I’m damn sure that I’m not the first guy who had been a victim of this scam and they (Priority Parking) must be knowing about it for a long time. So wondering why they haven’t been able to catch that guy yet. He does the business so open and there are not security cameras or survelience. That means there is no guarantee that you car will be safe after you leave it there. Any one can come in and do anything. I will never opt for this place for parking if I ever go to SFO.

I parked here for a Giants game. I asked the parking attendant if he wanted my keys. It is possible that he did not understand me, but he clearly said «no.» I didn’t think anything of it because I was parked in the very back of the garage. I came back after the game, and surprise — my car was nowhere to be found. The parking attendant had slim-​jimmed my car, moved it through a garage door at the back of the garage, and wouldn’t give it back to me until I paid him $ 40. Even after a police officer yelled at him. Wow, I felt ripped off.

These guys are total scam artist beware. They have an early bird special in San Francisco for 10 bucks. I parked my car at 7am. Went to get it at noon but they said they would charge me 36. Apparently u can’t pick your car up before 1pm once parked. Although it says it in the sign once the worker reshowed me it. Who would think u can’t pick your car up early. That just blew my mind. Talked to the manager and he said read the sign better next time. Terrible place don’t go here. (Priority Parking the company is not a good one!)
