Went there recently and ordered popcorn chicken and a taro milk tea. It took them an hour to make my order(not an exaggeration, I ordered it at 5 and didn’t get it until around 6:15). After 20 minutes I asked the cashier when my order would be ready, she told me it was being made 20 past and still no sight of my popcorn chicken. Keep in mind that there were only 3 other customers there, so there was no backup in orders. I go up to the cashier again and ask her for the status of my order. She goes to the back, and after a loud exchange with another worker, I overhead them say that they had run out of chicken. She then came out and told me that they ran out of chicken, but had just gotten some and were now making my order. At this point I’m already super annoyed, but figured I should just wait it out rather than going somewhere else and waiting longer for food. Boy was that a mistake… I see the cashier go to the back again, and hear the cook say she had forgotten about my order. FINALLY, after 35 more minutes I get my food, which ended up giving me food poisoning… whoohoo.

Quickly is great for fast cheap bubble tea, but don’t expect great service… the girl at the counter was reluctant to answer our questions, and interrupted us to state that the 99 cent bubble tea did not apply to any drinks on the menu. I got a jasmine tea bubble tea that was satisfying and only $ 2. They do have a lot of great options for adding in grass jelly, pudding, and other various mix-ins besides just boba. The location is convenient in the Richmond district though and as its name suggests, a quick place to grab bubble tea on the go.

Parking is a beast, cash only(atm present but for a fee of 99 cent not to mention what your bank charges), ordered a Banana Snow to which I was informed«No fresh fruit! Customer service is miniscule, but food was fresh and fast.

Just an average place, used a Groupon for free tea & fries with the purchase of ramen burger. The burger alone costed over $ 7, & was ok. This service was below expectation.

Had a coupon from Groupon that says you get fries and milk tea with a purchase of a ramen burger. I came in here and said that it was invalid and that I have to pay full price, wtf? It was just a special, apparently. Had a little argument about the purpose of it being on Groupon when it clearly states that. Pretty much had like a dollar off and the whole meal was around $ 7 NOTWORTHIT! The ramen burger was disgusting. It sounds cool, but it tasted horrible. The fries were bland too. However, the milk tea was good but they didn’t put boba in it, of course. WOULDNOTCOMEBACKHERE! The menu was also visually overwhelming. It seemed like there was so many things happening that you don’t know what to order. The employees were hard to communicate with too.
Good. Easy. Tasty. Went with a friend while playing video games and it hit the spot.

More and more of these quickly shops are opening, you would think they would be good. But not so much. I usually order milk teas and I almost always end up swallowing large chunks of powder.

Went there today with a groupon print out and was told it can’t be use. They only redeem groupon on app. So we handed them the groupon on our phone, they hit redeem and something else and said there is something wrong with the app and they can’t honor the deal. We left for another food place. While waiting in line at the other place, we noticed there was nothing wrong with the groupon app and our voucher was redeemed. We went back to confront the cashier and they said that they would honor the deal but the cook was out and they can’t cook for th deal. WHAT A LOADOFSH*T! The groupon was for free small fries and milk tea when you buy a ramen burger. The darn burger is sold for $ 8.00 and that is very highly priced. There should be plenty if profit margin to cover the free offer. If they don’t want to give up a little profit margin to earn more business, DON’T OFFERTHEDEAL! Don’t use Groupon to con for more walk-in customer. SCAMSCAMSCAM!!!

Their drinks are decent, they have way too many things in the menu. There are pictures of new things hanging all over the place and it’s a bit disorganized. Also the employees always seem to be in a rush and at times they’re so busy preparing 1 order that no one is at the register for a long period of time. They either need more staff or they need to be more aware that there are customers walking in and out.

Quickly doesn’t ever let me down. They are great for a variety of Milk Teas and Snows. This one has over 400 items on the menu. Don’t see what you want? Then Quickly isn’t for you. Today I ordered the«Thai Milk Tea Snow With Boba» and popcorn chicken. Deliciously Satisfying. 4 stars for being so darn delicious. Yet the place needs to be cleaned really good. It seems a bit dark, perhaps adding a white tile floor would brighten the place up and replacing the couches with nice seating. Overall customer service is Amazing. My daughter ordered something she didn’t like and they gave her a refund and she was allowed to order something else. I asked for extra flavor and they were very happy to help. GOOD Job Quickly!!!

We went to Quickly one night after deciding not to wait in line at Purple Kow. The place was empty when I walked in, but I quickly ordered my Boba Milk Tea. paid $ 1.72, and got out before I felt too disgusted from the sight of a lady from the back cleaning out the trash with her bare hands(and hoping that she doesn’t make the drinks and food). The drink itself was fine… that is until we got to the very bottom. To my surprise, I was unable to finish the last of the boba due to a rather large piece of plastic wrapper or tape that was actually inside the cup. I repeat: INSIDETHECUP. I don’t know where that plastic came from, but I don’t intend to ever find out. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

This is probably my favorite quicklys in San Francisco because I’ve gone here for many years, located really close to USF, and other food places on clement and geary. Their milk tea is dirt cheap 1.00 for milk tea, and 1.50 for milk tea with pearls. It used to be 2.00, but they lowered their price. Only complaint I have about this place is they give you a large amount of ice in your cup(I guess you get what you pay for). When I ask them to reduce the ice amount, they say they will have to charge me extra, so I just settle for what is 1.00. Their popcorn chicken are also cheap. They have a ton of stuff on their menu here, posted along the wall. I guess I do have another complaint… their workers here are pretty slow, and always on their phones and not friendly. Takes quite a while for them to get the drinks done. But I dont expect much because it’s cheap and satisfies my milk tea cravings. It’s always crowded, usually with high school kids nearby. It’s a nice place to chill and catch up with friends. They also provide magazines and mangas for their customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would definitely give this Quickly’s location zero stars. I came here on Sunday early afternoon(2÷1÷2015) and there was only ONE girl working there. She had her iPhone earplug in her ear and her iPhone under her arm. The entire time she was working, she was talking on her iPhone. Geez, the store barely opened for two hours and you couldn’t wait until after work to talk on the phone?! Are you that bored at work? Where is the supervision from the manager?! No wonder it took so long to take orders and make the drinks. The drinks were not up to par. I had the Oreo Milk Tea and there were barely any Oreos. It just tasted like a regular milk tea and the cup wasn’t even full.(Refer to picture.) The only plus side about this Quickly is their 99 cents milk tea. Otherwise, I have nothing else positive to say.

I’ve heard some pretty horrible things about Quickly’s. It looks run-down at almost all the locations I’ve seen. Surprisingly, it wasn’t as horrid as I thought. I only came here during my hour-long wait for bstar a few doors down. Tako-yaki– nothing special. Almond milk tea with boba-nothing special. Popcorn chicken– pretty good! Just know how to season it correctly since it is served as just plain popcorn chicken. The employees don’t go out of their way to help you. In fact, they are more occupied amongst themselves than aware of customer service. They didn’t mind that we were in and out of the store sheltering ourselves from waiting in the cold! Cash only! * There are hundreds of items on their menu. This is probably why they will all just be mediocre or less.

ONLYRATING on MILKTEA! Can’t believe this place still offers 99 cents for a milk tea! Their milk tea tastes pretty good, can’t complain much since it’s only $ 1, and I usually ask for small pearls for 50 cents more. They give a lot of pearls, compared to other boba places I’ve been too. They are not stingy. Their pearls are soft and slightly chewy, just the way I like it. Don’t compare this place to other quicklys because this may have the worst hygiene, a lot of flies are in this store during the summer, and the bathroom has a lot of graffiti. Also, there is a turd tong in the bathroom. Just a warning! Lol I usually come here when they open, so their pearls are always fresh. However, there was one time that I asked for small pearls, and they said they don’t have any, but I just saw them give someone pearls in their drink. They hinted that the pearls were not fresh, so lucky me they were honest to me. But sucks for the people who got the old pearls. So better come here later for fresh pearls, not when they open. Overall, their drinks are not bad. Just the interior of the store needs some renovation, and their bathroom. I would recommend coming here to check it out when you’re around the area. Don’t expect too much.

Too many hoodlums in here. Very disrespectful to the workers. Feel sorry for them to put up with these kids. The plus is that they have 99cent milk tea pretty much it. It’s like any other quicklys

Stopped by when looking for some late night boba tea. We went in just as they were closing – the wait staff was kind enough to let us in and order take out. In general the waiting service was ok, just a bit slow-we had to repeat our order a couple of times even though it was very simple(2 lemon black teas with no tapioca). In terms of the quality of the drinks – it was TERRIBLE. It tasted like drinking pure sugar syrup, and there was no lemon taste at all. Even after I kept shaking the cup, it still tasted someone seriously put a crazy amount of syrup in it. It was the same for both cups of teas we ordered, so this is seriously an issue. They really need to try drinking what they make once in a while!
