Family Coaching — Uniquely approaching the sacred system of Family with love, creativity, and compassion with sessions in the home to help positive change happen so that a structure of even greater health can emerge.

Meditation — Being with what is, just as it is, in group and/​or individual sessions.

Spiritual Counseling — Inspired by Advaita Vedanta, North and South American Indigenous Traditions, various spiritual practices, Carl Rogers, Fritz Perls, Jungian psychology, Expressive Arts, play therapy, somatics, and body-​oriented psychotherapies. Suitable for individuals, couples, families, and children.

History

Established in 2008.

Officially working with children and families commenced for me in 1986 when I took my first babysitting course at the local YMCA. I have not stopped acquiring experience in family support since.

I began seeing individual clients in 1998 for the purpose of stress management and relaxation training. At the same time, I began leading groups and creating workshops. Falling in love with human development meant obtaining various positions working in schools, homes, and agencies all in support of encouraging and discovering true human potential.

Although my spiritual journey began at the very beginning of my life, it was in 2002 that I started leading meditation groups. I have meditated all my life and find it natural to create communities where sitting silently with oneself is possible and valued.

Over the years, I have continued to refine my skills as a healer. Indeed, this business is a life long dream come true. It is my deepest honor to offer this Healing Practice to you.
