Always love dropping by to see the latest riding togs.

My experience with store manager Feliciano is the worse! He seems to have issues. He is always defensive when he communicates to me when I ask him questions. It seems that they do not like to receive any phone calls at all! Asked him what is the right phone number to call for questions, he said that I have the right phone number and just to keep dialing and pray that someone with answer the phone. I was waiting for an ordered shoe and he said that if we do not have the shoe then he would just refund the money. He has the worse attitude in communicating and it has been the worse customer service experience especially for a well respected product. I will report him to the corporate office so they will have a friendly phone system that people can use and hopefully change for a more professional management staff ASAP! I had a chance to speak with the other store manager Charlie Cunningham regarding the incident and he was very apologetic with my experience and he will try to address my concerns. I appreciate your help Charlie on this!

A part of every visit up North now. Staff is very approachable and friendly. My 12 year old son and 8 year old daughter love cycling and the staff goes out of their way to talk with them, encourage them, and share a bit of bike history with them. Definitely find the gear to be good quality and style for the cost. Coffee is very good and the photos are terrific.

So lucky to have Rapha in SF! I go here once a year when they have their winter and archive sale(past week). The clothing staff are super helpful, always running down to find the right size for you. The customers are mostly trendy cyclists, eyes wide and glued to the sparsely stocked jersey racks and bright socks. There’s clothing service at 7am, but oftentimes the employees have meetings or aren’t visible so early. For non-cyclists, they have city wear clothes and accessories now for men and women which are pretty expensive, but 100% merino wool and unique. The café is fairly priced(no extra for almond milk, and drip coffee for 2.5), but it can be pretty slow with only 1 barista/café manager. They serve granola with milk in a cute bowl, and their pastries are better than average(not like Neighbor bakehouse, but way better than starbucks). It’s a nice«pop in and browse your laptop and sip coffee» type of spot.

This place is definitely a must-go for peeps that ride bikes. Their products are sky-high as could be expected by any Rapha products, but that’s not the point. This place is a place where cyclists and even non-cyclists alike can hang out and enjoy the relaxed-yet-up kept atmosphere. The espresso here is actually super high quality, and the upstairs seating is perfect for enjoying a cappuccino and getting some work done on your laptop or whatever. The guys here are also super inviting and friendly, as they should be in such a retail environment. But they also were friendly in a personal way, which for was nice. The only down-side is it’s slightly weird location, but it’s not even that bad. Maybe better if closer to a BART station or had a better way for bikes to get there, but yea it’s all good, they can’t help it.

Just terrific. The barista knocked out 4 cups of beautiful cappuccinos and macchiato.

This seems to be the local bikers hangout(push biker). There is bike and spandex as far as the eye can see. A lot of rides seem to start and end here. I always drop in when I’m walking past for a coffee, the service is sometimes pretty slow but the coffee is good. At least while waiting you can watch whatever bike tour is happening on the TV or shop for some bike clothes/gear. There is plenty of seating outside and inside too.

I don’t always love Rapha’s latest collections — sometimes the colors are just terrible — but I do always love immersing myself in cycling culture. The coffee here is just a bonus, and lately it has been a good reason to bike across town now that we live on the opposite side of the city. I have had better coffee in the Marina, and definitely better service, but there is no place quite like Rapha.

So I have actually never been to this cycle club. However, for a place I have never been to, this store has THEBEST customer service literally in America. I live in Los Angeles and I was looking for some cycling team t-shirts. So I emailed the store and asked them a few questions. Not only did the staff respond back to me, they also made great recommendations AND called me when they think it was better to ask me questions on the phone. I was totally shocked and really thankful for this extra mile. When it turns out one of the shirts I ordered needed a size exchange, the store staff called me right away when they received my return/exchange package. It is extremely rare for a store to be this nice to its customers. So fantastic. I love the human interaction even it wasn’t in-person. A highly recommend. Cheers, Emily

So much better than it used to be. It’s fun to have somewhere to go and have coffee before a alpine damn loop. Staff is a lot better. Product still a bit shitty, but that isn’t anything the cycle club can change.

Pass by this place on a daily basis. Went in to try their coffee and asked for a vanilla latte. They don’t have flavors. Bummer. Lost yourselves a customer. Seems like a cool place. Why not carry some flavors?

Best coffee in cow hollow & the marina. Love the little parklette out front — easy place to go hang out. For colder days, there’s a nice little upstairs too. I’m not a cyclist but I never feel weird in there surrounded by all the cycling folks, everyone just does their own thing. The food is good too — they used to have more variety(including an awesome veggie scone — bring it back!) but it’s still good now. Thanks Rapha!

I’m a big fan of Rapha Cycle Club for the following reasons: 1. The vibe is unique. Walk by & you may think it’s just a cycle shop, but it’s much more! Rapha has coffee drinks, some snacks, & great space for meeting someone or working for a bit. The noise level isn’t too loud to be distracting, but enough to add some liveliness to the place. 2. The outdoor seating is fun on a sunny day. Much more creative than simply putting out tables & chairs. 3. There’s an upstairs area with a high bar, perfect for working standing up. It took me awhile to discover the upstairs — it’s a hidden gem! 4. It’s close to my apartment, so when I want a place closer to home to work or hang out for a bit, it’s perfect! 5. The service is friendly! 6. Great for cyclists, since you can bring & store your bike inside & pick up some gear while you’re there! The one thing I’d love to see Rapha do is diversify the menu a bit. As a tea drinker, I’d love to see more tea options in the future! Their Wifi is OK, though sometimes sketchy or takes a bit to get working. Keep up the great Rapha!

It’s hard to find decent coffee in the Marina for some reason or the other, so thank god for this place. They serve Four Barrel here. YAY! And the barista wasn’t a pretentious Mission hipster. Even though he kind of looked like one. I don’t know much about the cycling part of this store.

Quiet boring store. Smal coffee place in middle Rapha stores a really poor even in London, Comparing with their good webbsite and high quality clothing, store look boring. Rides everry week makes it good for riders in the area.

Awesome place for cyclists! Saturday morning rides, coffee and great cycling clothing! I purchased a couple shirts and a cycling Pro Jersey for my rides. Couldn’t be happier with the quality or experience.

Part bike club, part coffee shop. Friendly staff and damn good coffee. I’m sure some might be intimidated not to stop in if not on a bike. It looked like they had some high end bike apparel for sale.

Pretty good cup of coffee. They also have plenty of expensive spandex. Their baked goods change every now and then, but typically aren’t amazing. There is ample outdoor seating thanks to the wacky looking vintage bus parklet. I always enjoy basking in the sun here(assuming it’s out) while slurping down a macchiato or two. Plenty of bike parking too(duh!).

I wouldn’t necessarily consider myself to be a coffee snob, but OH. MY. GOD. Rapha has THE best coffee in sf. WAY better than that burnt brown water at the roastery up the block. I’ve become so spoiled by working down the street from them that on my days off I honestly consider commuting an hour from the outer mission to the marina just for the coffee. Everyone that works there is so friendly and down to earth, it’s a pleasure to see them every day! I know nothing about cycling, but I assume they know what they’re talking about on that front too. Moral of the story is go to rapha, have a delicious almond milk latte, rejoice.
