I have worked with Max and the Razorfrog team for the past the 3 years and have been more than pleased with the prompt and professional service. The initial construction of the Molecular Psychiatry Web site was quickly done and glitch free. When I have ask for updates or changes this is promptly carried out. In addition to the web site the Razorfrog team has helped me set up credit card billing and email services and this was also glitch free. Most importantly they came up with relatively low cost solutions for billing and emailing which is important for a young organization with a limited budget. I highly recommend their services.

I had an awful experience with Max Elman from Razorfrog. I contacted Max to get a new website for my new business. In an attempt to sell me his services Max maliciously used someone else’s work as his own. The website Max showed me was created by another web designer who I contacted and said he was not related to Max in any way.
So how did I contact Max? I browsed his portfolio in the past and there was a website I really liked. I wanted something similar. Max never designed or developed that website, he did build another website for the same company but that was several years ago.
As we engaged in conversations regarding the project, Max became aware that the website I wanted was not the one he had designed; however, Max played the fool, hoping that I was not going to realize that he was never involved in the development of the website I was inquiring about. He knew I was talking about a different site. For each specific question I made about that specific website Max gave me vague answer.
I asked «did you build this website from scratch or is a template?» and the answer I received was «We build frame works and spend several hours customizing them». All my questions received similar vague answers, never responding to my specific question but responding to the type of work Max provides. He did the same in several occasions, never answered to my specific questions.
It was obvious that he had not designed the website. While we were discussing the project Max surprisingly removed the site from his portfolio. This followed the same pattern I could notice from the beginning of our conversation.
At the end I gave my the chance to apologize for lying but he could not help himself and tried to cover his lies with more lies. I wonder how many people have been ripped off by MAX ELMAN. Thanks god, I did not fall for it and I could realize who I was dealing with and ended up cancelling my project with this guy.

) turned out to be more work and complicated than we had imagined, but Max and his team was there every step of the way to offer responsive support, quick turnaround, and even put in extra hours on the weekend before our launch date to help us hit our deadline. Furthermore, they were able to help us with integrating third-​party APIs and provide graphic design services as well.

Hiring Razorfrog Web Design to create my law firm website was one of the best business decisions I made.
When I decided to start my own business, I knew I needed a good website but didn’t know where to turn for a designer. Referrals from other colleagues always started with «Yeah, I have a pretty good web designer» but always ended with «but…[insert something awful].» I turned to Unilocal,though I confess I was a bit hesitant to do so. Isn’t this the kind of thing you need a personal referral for? Hmmm… turns out, not so… I saw that Razorfrog had great reviews, and decided to check them out. I really liked the company’s portfolio so I got a quote (which I also liked) and hired them.
Am I glad I did. I wanted something that looked clean and professional, and Max Elman delivered. He is great to work with, with good ideas, a sharp eye for detail, and lots of patience. He got the job done well ahead of my deadline. And when I emailed him in a panic, outside of business hours, because I thought the website had been launched before I was ready for it to be public, he called me right away and reassured me that all was well.

Scott designed a logo that is really classy (and it’s not just me who says so, but other people who have no reason to be nice to me!) and will help set me apart from my competition.
