Right from the start, Rebecca’s staff was extremely accommodating, courteous and lovely to work with. Alia is the studio manager and she could not be more lovely. We bought a wedding band for my fiancé and it was such a wonderful experience. Rebecca has such a unique style that it’s hard to choose just one!

We had a phenomenal experience designing a custom engagement ring with Rebecca and her team. After having visited several other jewelers around the Bay, we had such a good vibe and absolutely loved the craftmanship, flair and quality of her work. The team were warm, welcoming, super professional and made us feel confident that the final results would be stunning. And they were. We received the ring yesterday — just beautiful, they sourced just the right kind of stones — sapphires and rose diamond, the work is impeccable and we couldn’t be more happy. If you are looking for stunning, one of a kind pieces from a true professional, this is the place. Their engagement and wedding rings ‘off the shelf’ are gorgeous too. I bought a beautiful «diamond slab» necklace on an oxidized silver chain from Rebecca Overmann at one of their retailers on the east coast. This necklace is unique and beautiful as is the rest of her jewelry.
Sadly — the chain broke after wearing it for a few weeks. I contacted customer service to have them repair the necklace. The repaired it and had it back to me in less than 10 days which I was very grateful for. I was annoyed with one of their staff members because she refused to refund my shipping costs. We exchanged a few emails and then the manager Doug stepped in and agreed to refund this expense. It was less about the $ 12.75 and more about wanting to feel «taken care of».
I love my necklace. It really is unlike anything else I own and I am grateful to Doug for making the repair experience pleasant.

I reached out to Rebecca about the possibility of an exchange, but she was in Europe, so I ended up corresponding with her assistant Bethany, who was awesome. Super responsive and generous with her time. It was an unusual request as I didn’t have a receipt and the original purchase had been made through a vendor — not Rebecca’s studio directly. Nonetheless, Bethany and I were able to work something out via email and lots of photographs, and the earrings I eventually chose are gorgeous. I love them. I already knew that Rebecca was a talented designer but know I now she has an eye for hiring the best employees. Thanks so much, Bethany and Rebecca. I recommend your work and your studio to everyone I know looking for stunning, quality jewelry and a wonderful shopping experience.

Rebecca’s work is impeccably designed and crafted. I love her simple lines and formidable construction. I’ve been wearing her jewelry for years, and I always get a comment on her pieces.
There are some pieces I wear every single day, others for special occasions. She’s working in 14k gold and diamonds now which are amazing, and I can’t wait to add some of her new earrings to my collection.
And if I ever get married, I’m having her design my wedding ring. Hint, hint :)
