Red Bridge Internet began as a LAMP stack web development shop providing Website development and design services. Four years after its founding Red Bridge Internet began specializing in WordPress, Drupal, and Magento development with a concentration on WordPress websites, applications, plugins, and themes.

The Red Bridge team exceeded my expectations. From day one they took on a consultative approach to our project. Their process from the design stage to development was extremely iterative. They were able to research and grasp a depth of our industry and competition that we hadn’t even considered which resulted in delivering a more efficient web presence than we initially envisioned. What we appreciated the most was their level of patience and follow through on providing candid advice. When we weren’t sure of something they were quick to speak to the pros and cons of choosing one route over another. Since launching our site in February they have been extremely valuable in helping us prepare for several marketing initiatives for new product launches. I can’t recommend their attention to detail and support enough.

Project was scoped poorly, communication was mediocre, and the experience overall was negative. I’m giving 2 stars rather than 1 because they are decent people but their work just wasn’t up to our standards.
Web design was horrible and they refused to do revisions with their team. With their waterfall approach, you won’t see any work until it’s too late. The web world is going agile and there’s a reason for it. Simply put, they take an old-​school approach to websites and it doesn’t work for a build out of a modern site.
Half way through the project, and after being continually disappointed in their work, we reminded them of the modern site we had scoped out together from the beginning and they suddenly asked for 400% of the original price in order to continue and finish the product.
We lost time and money and decided to move on. The new agency we are now using has given us even more perspective as to how inefficient and behind on the times Redbridge is.
If you want a very simple, static Wordpress site and don’t care about the design, then this could possibly work out for you. However, I don’t recommend doing that.

The team at Red Bridge did a wonderful job for our nonprofit. We selected them from a large number of candidate organizations and couldn’t have been happier with the result. They offered great suggestions, we responsive to our needs and bottom line, gave us the site we were looking for with the features we needed.
I would recommend any nonprofit seeking to update their website to give the team at Red Bridge a call and see what they can do for you.

Ed and Michelle were absolutely terrific. They created a website for our investment fund which included all technical and design work. They also helped with logo creation and digital photographic media. In addition, they did virtually all of the project management work which was a huge relief.
Ed and Michelle exceeded our expectations in every way! They were courteous, professional, on time and on budget. I highly recommend them for any one looking to create a new online presence.
