Utilizing a cutting edge Somatic Experiencing® Based Model, I work one on one with my clients that will allow for thought patterns, the nervous system and the body to return to a natural state of calm and wholeness.

We can gain a sense of clarity and move in the world with a sense of safety, boundaries and joy! We do not have to constantly live in the overwhelm of survival based instinct patterns of fight, flight and freeze. Reconciliation with our true self is possible.

My healing work is drawn from an extensive education in the healing arts and mind/​body somatic training. This includes my own personal path into well-​being and happiness by overcoming personal depression, ailments of slight scoliosis at birth, compounded by a spinal compression from a hang-​gliding accident in my mid 20’s. I’m also a hospital chaplain and founding director of the Mindfulness Care Center.

I’ve been involved in volunteer community outreach care for a number of years. Having traveled to Baton/​Rogue New Orleans to assist a Trauma First Aid Training which provided trauma sessions and support to people who were still reeling from the effects of Hurricane Katrina and Rita.

I’m a practitioner of Buddhist «insight meditation» since the late 80’s with a personal yoga and QiGong practice. I’ve also trained in the Martial Art of Kyudo, «The Way Of The Bow. Currently lead a weekly Tuesday evening meditation class plus I teach Mindfulness Stress Reduction Classes and Workshops.
