While our specialties range from documentary film and startup videos to fantastical 3D graphic pieces and crowdfunding videos, the connecting threads throughout our body of work are emotionally-​evocative stories and character-​driven narratives.

Having raised over $ 500,000 to date for startup and social impact clients through our crowdfunding videos, we are deeply dedicated to and impassioned by ethically-​motivated clients. We care just as much about your mission or product as you do and we have the team and experience to craft a stunning video in 4k footage with one-​of-​a-​kind motion graphics.

History

Established in 2012.

Ripples Edge Media specializes in video production with crowdfunding and social media specialties. Founded by Creative Director, Christine Beggs, in 2012, Ripples Edge Media works with a wide range of organizations, individuals and social enterprises on Kickstarter videos, startup videos and documentary films.

Our goal is simple: Help non-​profits and businesses harness the power of digital media and video to make lasting ripples online. Whether you are selling a product, running a crowdfunding campaign or re-​envisioning you company’s communications, Ripples Edge Media is here to guide you.

With a Master’s in Marine Affairs and Policy from the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (RSMAS), Christine is the Creative Director and Founder of Ripples Edge Media.

After graduating, Christine moved to the Bay Area to offer her expertise to causes she’s passionate about. Christine is well-​versed in utilizing cutting-​edge media techniques to revolutionize the way we connect and empower for social change.

With her Bachelor’s degree in Biology, advanced open-​water scuba certification, experience running an ecommerce business and more than 15 years as a dancer, she’ll be the first to admit that her skillsets and work history are an eclectic mix.

With a dedicated passion for film, conservation and social business, and an insatiably curious mind, Christine’s greatest strengths lie in her determination and ability to guide projects by connecting individuals and ideas.

Christine and REM met me in Napa to produce a video for a planned Indiegogo campaign of mine. Arriving early from San Fran, Christine had surveyed the site, set up her equipment and planned the shoot. We had already reviewed a script that we had collaborated on. Christine was meticulous and saw things that only a professional would see.
During post-​production, Christine kept me informed with early versions of the video as we agreed on edits. The final product was professional and polished.
