I cannot say enough good things about Robert Half Management Resources — HR Services and particularly Stephanie Sordello. When I met Stephanie for an in person interview I found her questions both thorough and thoughtful. Thanks to her ability to assess my candidacy and capture what I was looking for, she did an incredible job matching me with the right organization and she did this in just a few days! I would highly recommend anyone who is in the HR profession and is looking for a great chance to grow their career to seek Stephanie out!

My experience with Robert Half has been very disapponting with 2 of the financial services recruiters. Several jobs were advertised for which I was well qualified. One recruiter said she’d send my resume ‘right over to the hiring manager’. When I called 2 days later to follow up with her, she said ‘oh yeah, I need to send your resume’. Emails and phone calls are never returned. The 2 women I dealt with seemed distracted, unprofessional and frankly in over their heads. I guess sometimes they advertise positions on Indeed or other job sites before they actually have a signed contract with a Company. Unfortunately, neither young lady was forthright about this and made the jobs seem like done deals.
I think Robert Half needs to train their people better and stress that these are people’s livelihoods their dealing with. They also need to train on proper business communication etiquette. It takes 1 minute to send an email to a candidate which states: «your resume was submitted» or «employer went with another candidate». Instead, crickets. I applied for 5 jobs with these 2 recruiters over a 2 month period and nothing has materialized. You need to take a lesson from a recruiter at K-​Force with whom I dealt. She returned phone calls and emails, met commitments she made to send information and did 1 sentence emails to keep me apprised. That’s the level of professionalism I expected from Robert Half. Sorely disapponted.

It was my first time dealing with a staffing agency and I didn’t know what to expect. But when I met with Alyssa Zagrobski, Richard White and Athena Davis of Robert Half, it turned out to be a productive, beneficial and rewarding work experience.
They were professional, resourceful and knowledgeable about the industry I was applying to. These folks had me hired within a week of meeting them. I can’t stop singing the praise of Athena, Alyssa and Richard. :-)

I had the same experience with some of the reviewers here. I responded to a job post on LinkedIn claiming they have a permanent full time opportunity. It was actually a tactic to lure you in to their office and get your personal info and references and to reach their required monthly quotas of interviews. A complete waste of time.

In my opinion, this firm gets worse each year and is only as great as its recruiters (when they decide to hire a few). The Managing Director, Renee does not return calls or emails from candidates, sources candidates for jobs, makes contact with them to discuss the fine details and then you do not hear back from her — until you hound her, only to be told that the interviewing process is over and another candidate was selected. No explanation provided. Really?
In addition, she gave me the impression that she feels very superior and this type of attitude does not impress me in the least. However, I was very impressed with her lack of professional decorum and follow-​up and this attribute does not represent this agency very well. As a matter of fact, I was impressed enough to write this review.

Robert Half goes above and beyond for customer service and has wonderful candidates. I regularly use them for our HR needs and they have been on point when sending candidates’ resumes for us to choose from for our business’ needs.
I mainly work with Renee for my staffing needs and she fills a position with a well qualified candidate within an hour… which is perfect when an HR issue arises.
The time sheet approval method is online, which also allows me to access hours for review and approval very easily.
