Robert Hatch Photography is individually owned and operated by yours truly. I started my wonder lust journey into photography about twelve years ago. Years of school, crappy jobs, broken gear, the price of new gear, oh man the price of new gear! Nothing was gonna keep me from doing what I love. I’ve met great friends, been to cool places and it just keeps getting better. Give me a call anytime day or night and we’ll snap some great shots together.

Robert took pictures at a party we had. With very little direction, we got more than we asked for. The pictures are so beautiful… hey that can’t be us! His pricing is very reasonable for the quality you will receive. He is great at a party and my guest were all saying… hey we love the photographer. Very cool guy with an easy manner. He is an artist.

I found Robert through a girlfriend of mine who just got married. His ease and relaxed style at my friends wedding helped us decide to use him in our wedding last week. I’m not sorry. Robert’s style is super fun and not just the same olé’-same olé’. The photos are really fun, artistic and really seemed to capture the atmosphere of the day. I’m so glad we hired him.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Robert. I’m not always comfortable in front of a camera. But Robert is warm and easy to have around which allowed me to relax and be myself. He has the ability to «get» what’s happening and get it on film. It’s a rare find to meet a photographer who can really capture you, in your moment. Robert can do that and more.

Robert shot our Marin Co. courthouse wedding and the photographs are fantastic. He really «got» what we were after and worked in the architectural details of the Frank Lloyd Wright building to great effect. He is courteous and professional as well.

So I eloped and then threw the wedding party a year later and decided to get real pics instead of a few freebies from our Reno priest-​cam. Found Robert on Craigslist and met him for a beer. I believe he rode his skateboard over.
Holy shit the guy is good. Stylish pics, creative angles and perspectives, catching the magic moments – really high-​quality stuff most bozos never would’ve though of. He gave us a bunch of CDs with all the hi-​res pics. Paid via PayPal. On time and professional. Couldn’t have been easier.
And he was a terrific deal at the time, though I think he’s wisely raised rates. Whatever it is, he’s worth it.

Robert took some headshots of me for my med school applications, and they turned out great! I definitely recommend him.
Robert has a studio full of equipment that costs more than my car, and knows just what to do with lighting and composure. Just flipping through his online portfolio (
) you’ll see he’s offering his services for a steal.
After the shoot, he mailed the digital CD to my house, and I was able to print the pictures I liked best. He is very professional and personable, and puts you at ease. All the pictures turned out great. A+!

Robert did some really amazing head shots for me. Few of us have even one picture of ourselves that we like, but when Robert gave me my CD of pictures, there were a ton of them that I REALLY liked. He has a fine art background and that totally comes through in each of his shots. The shots are unique and stylized. He had a wonderful make-​up artist/​stylist that worked with him to create the perfect look that worked to bring out my best features. The shoot was SO much fun too! He did my roommates band photos and those were wonderful as well! He’s great!
