Sara J. Wright – Climb Real Estate

We met Sara Wright at Climb the first week of our home search and we’re so glad we did! Sara was extremely knowledgeable about the Bay Area real estate market and the home buying process. She showed us several houses and was always available to come look at others we found on our own.
Once we settled on a place, she walked us through the bid process and introduced us to lenders without pressure. Our purchase process was complicated due to issues on the seller’s end but Sara navigated us through it gracefully — always professional, tactful and resourceful, even when others were losing their cool. Sara was available by text, email and phone at all times, and was willing to answer all of our questions in detail on short notice.
Sara helped us buy our first home, and we know it would not have been the pleasant experience it was without her! We’ve already begun referring friends to her.

This is a review for Ms Sara Wright, organizational wizard extraordinaire. In ²⁰¹¹⁄₂₀₁₂ I was selling my New Orleans French Quarter condo. The realtor advised to have the interior redone (walls, kitchen, floors, furniture, arrangements the works,) sprucing it up for sale, as it were. At that time, I had moved halfway across the US and needed someone on the ground. Let me also say that interior décor was not my priority nor my forte. I had been happy with my red bean bag chair and computer setup (yes, I was a computer science professor and straight, sue me ;-)).
I had met two years or so before Sara when she kindly took care of my sick neighbour. I had wanted her to sell the condo, but she did not have her local license at time — but she was gung ho on beautifying it and helping it sell! So Sara proposed a budget and a strategy aimed at brightening and refreshing my rather plaid (and lets face it — it screamed bachelor: D) condo appearance.
Her guided transformations and skilled management of the contractors were nothing short of amazing, especially taking into account the NOLA style of scheduling and working. She packed up stuff, shipped it out, selected artful décor, had it installed, repainted, and navigated through many, many obstacles and negotiated & coordinated with 4 or 5 different parties. I am convinced that only through Sara’s help, I found a motivated buyer within one week after it was listed, and we closed barely a month after accepting the offer: My condo sold to someone who saw it within *the 30 minutes* of the first showing and immediately initiated the offer process. Once free of the property I was able to begin a new life as a husband and father to my incredible family in the northern cold: D
Sara saved the day for me. She is honest, meticulous, organized, sticks to her budget and selects with taste; and she is a genuinely kind and warm human being which, in the end matters, much more. Enthusiastically recommended.

During our journey of finding the dream condo, Sara certainly gave us the attention we needed for the most important transaction of our life (at least up to now).
