Specialties
Therapy for couples, parents, and individuals.
Executive Coaching for entrepreneurs, executives, and high-level managers.
As a therapist I support couples, parents, and individuals to explore their unique potential for creativity, growth, love and psychological understanding.
I help individuals to access and understand their feelings, gain a sense of meaning in life, and develop a stronger, healthier sense of self. The work often involves themes that are relevant to both personal and professional settings.
In my work with couples and parents I help them to restore passion and intimacy while nurturing secure, open, honest, and loving family relationships. I guide couples to identify and break destructive patterns and improve communication, intimacy and conflict resolution skills.
As a coach, I work with high-energy self-reflective professionals to facilitate deep introspection and development of interpersonal and leadership skills. Coaching supports leaders to utilize emotional intelligence and self-awareness to guide rapidly changing organizations and create adaptable and cohesive teams that lead to success.
History
Established in 2008.
I first began coaching in 2002 and eventually sought further education in counseling psychology. I received my clinical training from Pacifica Graduate Institute, which focused on depth psychology to better understand the complexities of human experience. I wrote my Master’s thesis on the similarities and differences between coaching and therapy.
I utilize my personal and professional experiences to serve individuals, couples, and parents who seek to gain a better understanding and awareness of self in order to develop more successful relationships. I help people to break down barriers and reach their potential as leaders in their family, social networks, and business.
Meet the Business Owner
Sasha L.
Business Owner
I was first introduced to Eastern philosophy and meditation as a young child through my family’s affiliation with a meditation center in upstate New York. I picked up various relationship and psychological principles from my mother and two step-parents; all of whom are psychotherapists.
In my first career path, I followed my interest in business and service to gain 10 years of experience in hospitality management. My passion for helping friends and business colleagues to learn self-awareness and relationships skills led me to pursue my licenses as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor.
I strongly believe that life is about a continuous learning and growth process that only happens in relationship to other people and the environment. My current professional and psychological edge revolves around improving my understanding of neuropsychology and attachment theory to create lasting changes in my own life as well as those of my clients.
