Since 2006, Sebastian has specialized in functional fitness training, using simple equipment and body weight to help his clients get serious results. He also offers nutrition coaching to his clients and writes about many health-related subjects. Sebastian holds certificates as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Health Coach.
Sebastian is also a professional dancer and has performed and taught dance throughout the U.S. since 2007. He now performs locally and teaches biomechanics to dancers, as well as contemporary dance and contact improvisation.
History
Established in 2006.
As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Sebastian has worked with people of all kinds and ages, including athletes, dancers, office workers, new moms, seniors, teenagers, and people with disabilities. He has a no-fad, no-nonsense approach to training that will make a difference in your life and boost your energy, confidence, and support long-term health.

Sebastian loves to move. As a dancer he is known for his high-dynamic, no-holds-barred movement style. His personal exercise program includes strength training, running, and dancing.
Sebastian is serious about health and athleticism. He has followed a whole foods, plant-based diet since 2003, while also training in a variety of ways: bodybuilding, marathon running, acrobatics, powerlifting, and his on-going work as a professional dancer. His focus is now on functional fitness that supports athletes and long-term health, while also being accessible to all people and all bodies.
