SF Roadside Service

I called Sunday night 10pm for a tire patch. Said this wasn’t their operating hours (advertised as 24 hours) then referred me to someone else for a tire plug for $ 75+. 2 stars because he was nice but definitely not 24 hours

I had a nail in my tire and needed to fix it because I was going on a trip 4 hours from when i noticed it. SF roadside service came to my house 30 minutes after I called them and patched the tire for cheap! Ali was super nice and I could tell he was a pro. There is no doubt I’m calling them next time I have an issue! Great service!

It was 10:00 PM on a Wednesday night when I found out I had a completely flat rear tire on a 1997 Toyota 4Runner.
Found SF Roadside Service on Unilocal,gave them a call, got a quote and Ali arrived to my location in half an hour.
He removed the tire, removed the nail, patched it, and refilled the tire and I was on my way in no time. Good quality work. Ali was very chill, courteous and professional and the work was fairly priced.
I would definitely call these guys again!

My girlfriend and I returned from a trip and found my car battery had died. When we called SF Roadside, they answered right away and provided a highly affordable price, with a prompt ETA. They were timely in their arrival and Ali and his partner were both very nice, jumped my car in moments and allowed us to get home asap.

Women beware! $ 75 to plug a tire!!! They are out of their minds. I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I’m a woman. Even though this place is in my neighborhood I will NEVER spend my money in their shop!

Discovered our rear tire had a flat this morning and of course it was street cleaning day! It was 8:15am when I called SF Roadside Service, 8:40am when Ali arrived, and 9:03am when the tire was patched and inflated to the right PSI. The meter maid came by 12 minutes later! I realize SF Roadside may not always be in a position to respond so stunningly quick, but if they can, they will and not take advantage of your «emergency» situation by charging through the roof. Additionally, Ali was very pleasant to work with and helpful by pointing out tips on how to determine your appropriate tire pressure. I hope I won’t have to call these guys again but if so, I have their number programmed into my phone now. Highly recommended, great service and cost.

Great job at a very reasonable price. One tire had a screw in it. I rolled in with the spare. In less than 30 minutes and $ 20 later, they fixed the tire and I was on my way. They were fast, professional and courteous.
I will definitely go back again.

Nobody ever says «hey, l think ill try out this roadside assistance service this weekend»… when we need roadside assistance its because we have a problem and want it solved as quickly as possible. Called my car roadside assistance (which had expired) and they gladly told me for $ 140 they could send somebody out… no thanks. So glad I found these guys. Came on a Sunday within an hour, friendly and priced right. I love finding people who just do a good job… shame its so hard to find these days. Will definitely be putting these guys in my phone for the next time i need them, highly recommend.

I called these guys on a Sunday — everyone else was closed. They showed up quickly and made sure our flat tire was repaired safely before leaving. Highly recommend these guys — they were great!

I locked myself out of my vehicle, it was wet and getting cold and i with my 2 small dogs was in a bind. i had used my roadside assistance through Geico a number of times and had to wait for way too long. This cool dude Ali C. showed up early, got me in the car in under two minutes and let me know that i would get a big discount if i used them again. The price was reasonable considering i wanted to be in my car within ten minutes. Great service, lived up to the promise, give this local small business a shot.

I am VERY impressed with the service I received from Ali. I had a flat tire and they came right out within a half hour and fixed it at a reasonable price too. Appreciate you guys so much, I will most like be using you guys again if I ever have car problems in the city.

I’m not sure why these guys have such a low review, my experience with them was five stars plus. I locked my keys in my car on a Saturday night and didn’t have time to take care of until Sunday morning. I called a few places and got quotes between $ 210 and $ 150. I was getting really frustrated as I don’t have that kind of Money. I called SF roadside service and I got a nice young man on the phone he said he would come out and jumpstart my car for $ 45. Looking at the reviews I was suspect. I’m thinking that is going to come out and jack up the price. I asked him flat $ 45?, And he said yes. He came out he was nice and quick, and opened my car. But also left my lights on, so he gave me a jump at no extra cost. I was so happy I gave him a big tip. I’m keeping his card in my wallet. Who needs AAA

Ali came to me and opened my lock for me in less than 10 minutes. He came to me in a quick 20 minutes, A+ service. Gave a great price $ 45 at almost 2am!
