Shapiro Productions specializes bringing your idea/​product to life. At Shapiro Productions, our creative team works with our clients throughout all three major stages of video production:

Pre-​Production — Storyboarding/​Story development. Preparations are made for the shoot. (Cast, Film Crew, Locations selected, and Sets are Build)

Production — Filming the raw elements for the finished product.

Post-​Production — Weaving together raw footage into a story. Includes production sound (Dialogue, Voice Over, Film Score) All sound elements are mixed into the final story of the project.

At Shapiro Productions, we produce Weddings, Corporate Commercials, Music Videos, Promotional Projects, Event Videography, Documentaries, and Films.

History

Established in 2007.

Mikhail Shapiro founded Shapiro Productions with the goal of using the latest technology to deliver high end quality products in the visual form of digital Film Making. Shapiro Productions is all about growth, we never stop training. Once Mikhail began to gain a reputation in the Bay Area and Los Angeles, he realized it was time to put together a TEAM. Mikhail began his search for «like talented» individuals who possess the drive to succeed and complete a final product. No matter how talented a person is, a team is needed to delegate tasks for success. Creating a working atmosphere and relationship with our employees, enables us to communicate efficiently within our own network which is portrayed while on set with clients. There is plenty more history left to build, we invite you to be part of the story.

Business Owner

Mikhail Shapiro moved to San Francisco at the young age of five from Minsk, Belarus. Raised in San Francisco, he graduated from San Francisco University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice Studies. While in college, he undertook a couple classes in film production which caught his interest. He became amazed of the process and the ability to convey ideas from thought to the visual stimulation of an audience through his own lens, it gives him joy.
