I have used Sudzee, Rinse and Laundry Locker… HUGE FAIL on all three companies. Shermsonia is the best in the city. They will let you use your own laundry items, soap, softener, etc. You get a discount if that is supplied. I like double softener and dryer sheets so my clothes smell great for wearing. They allow it, follow instructions and always a quick fast turnaround. They package all your garments correctly so you don’t have to search through stuff. it’s always together. Dry cleaning at extremely reasonable rates. Big plus are their hours and customer service. I have never had my clothes damaged or lost, which I can’t say for any of the aforementioned competitors. You have a customer for life. THANK YOU SHERMSONIA FOR CONTINUING TO BE THE BEST SERVICE IN THE CITY!!!

Oooo Gurl, this place is nice! First time here and I’m coming back for sure. TV, magazines, a vending machine AND wifi?!! Yes there’s an average amount of washer and dryers, and sadly not enough table space to fold. But still, this place trumps my lame neighborhood laundromat which takes 4 walking blocks total to get to and back home. Though this place is 12 blocks away I hopped on the 38, got off and walked across the street and tahda! Love the fact it opens hella early and I’m a morning person and no one here besides the two staff doing laundry. Machines work, clothes drying as I write this review. Easy breezy cover girl. Works for me!

I come here often to do my laundry. The staff here is always helpful and place is always clean. Parking can be difficult so I save the trips for after 9pm. They have quarter machines here. When they do not work you can also exchange the coins at the counter.

Its a okay place for laundry. Many parking for late night and they open late. There is always one person there to look after the store, and we can ask for help if need for anything.

Nice laundromat clean open late later than any neighboring laundromat in this area. Have three triple loaders which is nice. Always someone there to help there is a television and mags an snacks if you want them. They have a cleaners that is pretty reasonable so since they are open late you can drop off your cleaning basically at any time which is very convenient.

At least this place is open late & there’s an attendant. It’s a small laundromat & by small I mean barely space to fold. Most of the machines are out of order including the change machine. I had the pleasure of coming in right after 1 man decided to use 7 washing machines.

I recently used this wash and fold service. I was deathly sick and completely in the shitter unable to physically do my own.
I was worried that using this type of service would screw up my laundry.
I couldn’t have been more wrong. They did a wonderful job on my sheets and towels, came to the house to pick it up, gave me a good menu of cleaning agents, and asked when I wanted it back. Delivery was next day and on given time to boot.
I would definitely use this place again and highly recommend them for anyone looking for this kind of service.

I always use them for the delivery wash and fold, they’re quick, reliable, and this is the only place that hasn’t shrunk anything or has anything gone missing. If I have them pick up my laundry early in the morning I often have it back that same night. Keep it up!

— has lots of machines.
— staff are nice: when my machine wasn’t working, the staff just gave me my money back, allowed me to stay later to finish my wash, and was really nice about it.
— open late; last wash at midnight!
— has a vending machine.

Cons:
— hard to find parking if you go during peak hours.
— sometimes the machines don’t work and there’s no sign up.

review for dry cleaning:
pros:
1) cheap
$ 2.75 for shirts, pants, sweaters, skirt, light short jackets, ties.
$ 5.50 for coats
$ 8.00 for over coats
cons:
1) service: one grumpy old lady
2) time: dry cleaner is off site
* 5 days for regular
* 2.5 days for rush, $ 1 dollar more on each item. (tried to drop off at 11am Thursday and wanted to pick up 3 pm on Saturday. Couldn’t be done till 7pm Saturday)
Go here if you have plenty of time but if you need something in a hurry look for another place. I just dropped off things I didn’t need immediately and took the other items I needed by Saturday to an alternative place. Good thing after she printed out the receipt I caught that it said «ready by 7pm» even though I told her I needed it by 3pm. I would of showed up and been pretty angry.

I regularly use the wash and fold service at this laundromat and am always satisfied with how my clothes come back to me. And today as I was putting my clothes away, I found a small envelope that they put $ 20 that I didn’t know I had left in one of my pant pockets. These people do excellent work at a great rate, they’re friendly, and I really appreciate their honesty and integrity.

This place is extremely economical and provides me with magazines so I can catch up on my celebrity gossip as well. It’s also quite the hub for 20-​somethings, so I catch up on my area gossip, too.
I didn’t have too much trouble parking, as I came here in the middle of the day on a weekday. It’s also near a market, so you can get some shopping done while your clothes are soaping up.
One problem I noticed that didn’t concern me but could in the future is that the vending machine took a bunch of people’s money. The woman working would kind of play dumb and then eventually give the person whatever candy they were purchasing from the back. I just think to have that combination of high/​low/​high mood again is kind of unnecessary. Just fix the machine.
Overall, good stuff. I’ll be back, Shermiez.

Reasonable price.
Great service. Everyone I have ever dealt with here is always friendly and they are never rushed on the phone.
Once they delivered my laundry and forgot to leave my hamper. I called the next day and they said they would have no problem dropping it off that night.
You can drop off your laundry on a Sunday and noon and have it back that night. Perfectly washed and folded. Nothing is shrunken or misshapen.
Love these guys.

Haven’t tried their dry cleaning service.
For wash n fold. awesome. Quick turn around time, never any problems. The price is a tiny bit high but they do an amazing job. Long hours makes it easy to pick up your stuff even if you work weird hours. 5 stars.
As a laundromat, pretty poor… machines are frequently broken (and a lot of them are taken up by the wash n fold service). The dryers in particular always seem to have issues — takes so many cycles to dry even light weight clothes. 2 stars.

I live in Noe Valley and drive 20 minutes to get my dry cleaning done at Shermsonia in the Richmond. Well that sounds crazy, doesn’t it?
You know what’s NOT crazy? How cheap their prices are! Full suits, $ 5. Winter jacket, $ 5. Longchamp purse dirtied from too many MUNI rides? $ 10.
I used to be one of those people who had a huge dry cleaning bag who would wait until it was absolutely necessary to get something cleaned. With prices like these, no excuse not to!

I am not a SF resident and I stumbled onto this place because my son had gotten his jeans soaking wet in the ocean. The Ross down the street didn’t sell kids clothing (seriously, what is up with that?) so I had to find a laundromat to dry his pants. found Shermsonia thru SF Way app on my iPhone. The attendant was very nice and the place was very clean. A little small but who cares.
