During the processing of your loan, I will continually monitor interest rates and float your rate down as the market allows or lock in ahead of a lender re-​price for the worse. What this means is that your rate and fees on your initial loan disclosures will never be higher than what you’ve been quoted and can possibly be lower.

Also, when it comes time to sign your loan docs, we will have a notary deliver them to you at your home or office, before or after business hours, whichever is more convenient for you.
