We specialize in coaching people with a wide variety of abilities and needs through one-on-one personal training, couples training, and outdoor bootcamp style classes. Whether your goal is to lose some body fat, gain some muscle, improve physical functioning, or maybe train safely for your first marathon… we can design an effective health and fitness program for you. We take pride in our ability to provide accurate exercise and nutrition information with genuine concern and motivation.
Our clientele have included 12 year old children, pre/post natal moms, cyclists, snow boarders, marathoners, injury sufferers, wheel chair bound individuals, prominent figures such as Governor Bill Richardson, and just about everybody in between!
Our services are offered at the J+K Fitness Studio at 1947 Mission St. with no membership fees or contracts, in-home training, as well as many of the beautiful outdoor locations throughout San Francisco. We can train just about anywhere!
History
Established in 2012.
Having operated as an independent trainer for many years throughout the Bay Area, Simon Moylan has developed a unique approach to personal fitness training, now called Simon Says Personal Training. Every client can expect the perfect blend of well-rounded fitness training with sound nutrition and weight management techniques and advice. He sincerely strives to bring out the best in each and every person he trains. Simon brings 17 years of professional experience plus his positive and fun-loving attitude into every session.
