Spaces Staging and Design

We’ve been working with Felipe and Mark for close to 10 years. They first staged our house in SF. We got offers right away and sold within 6 weeks thanks to their amazing work.
We then hired them to help renovate and design every aspect of our new home. We’re talking furniture, lighting, materials, kitchen, bathroom, art, and paint color consult. We wanted modern, clean and kid friendly and Felipe delivered beyond our expectations.
They are also reasonable in this crazy SF urban market and will always keep in mind your budget without compromising design.
Right now Felipe is working on a mini face lift and helping us reconfigure bedrooms, spruce up our walls with colorful art pieces, and fun window treatments.
I cannot say enough. They are simply awesome.

Way over priced. Staging with liquor bottles check stuff from IKEA and cost plus that anyone would recognize as such. Not impressed.

My husband and I hired Felipe and Spaces to stage our home in preparation to sell it. We interviewed a total of three companies, and Spaces was far and away the top choice.
The main reason for hiring Spaces was Felipe’s sense of design and his ability to communicate his ideas directly and simply. He and his team were responsive to our many calls and questions, quickly returning calls and emails. And Felipe’s creativity was boundless in addressing tricky areas of our home that needed some real TLC, all the while respecting our budget.
My husband and I are certain that Spaces is responsible the quick sale of our home. I would recommend them to everyone!

I met Felipe many years ago when I hired him to stage one of the properties I had listed for sale. Over the years I have found him to be responsive and very talented. His passion for design is obvious, his keen eye remarkable, and personality entertaining. I know when I hire him to do a staging it will exceed my expectations.

Unfortunately, they took our money for services they never provided, used our credit card to buy items and never delivered a single one, and we are still trying to get our money back from them six months later. :(

Felipe, Mark, and team did an excellent job staging our flat in the city! They do a wonderful job working with your budget and figuring out where you will get the best bang for your buck. Also, I thought their subcontractors were also very good, especially their handyman.

Bad Experience. The designer met with me and the realtor and spoke big about how easy it would be to work with them. I only wish. They were four hours late and didn’t finish, so they need to wake my baby and me up super early in the morning if they are to finish before the photographers arrive. They disconnected my internet, phone, wifi and computer. They took the bins/​suitcases that had been neatly hidden under the bed and left them rearranged and sticking out. They left nails on the floor. So far, I only stepped on one, and my crawling baby has not yet eaten one. They put my ottoman in the basement next to the trash with no cover (after calling the $ 1,000 piece of furniture as well as other pieces from Shabby Chic junk). They promised at the first meeting to wrap everything up for me, including personal photos but then refused. They promised to move stuff for the one fee then demanded $ 150. I could go on, but you probably get the picture.
