Not only is their work excellent, they are really nice guys. I called in a panic one evening, having scratched the top of the trunk of my husband’s baby, I mean, car. They were able to see me the next day. While I did have good timing admittedly (they were in between jobs when I arrived), they took care of the scratches within 30 minutes. Though the scratches were pretty deep — you could catch your fingernail in them — they all came out. I was thrilled to say the least. Can’t recommend these guys more.

Excellent customers service experience! My sister got into a minor accident and we had to get the front bumper and side bumper replaced. We bought our crv in a week ago to get it checked out and Johnson was really helpful in answering our inquiries. This morning, they told us that the car is ready for pick up and i was really impressed. They had replaced the bumpers with new factory ones from honda. Also, i noticed that they washed our car and cleaned the interior so the car looks brand new again! I would highly recommand spectrum autobody to anyone who want to get their autobody job done professionally.

My car was vandalized and involved in a hit and run which left my car with deep scratches. I was recommend to this shop by a friend of mine and I have to say this place is awesome. Had to take a moment and comment about how much of a pleasure it was to work with this shop. Even with the craziness of the holiday season they handled the work on my vehicle in a timely manner. Outstanding quality of work along with consistent communication from Johnson there at the shop. I never had to track them down on what was happening. I received consistent and frequent updates. I live in Fairfield (a good hour away from the city without traffic) and will still come to this shop moving forward due to all I stated above. Nothing beats finding a shop that you can trust.

I recently rear-​ended someone and needed my front bumper adjusted. I don’t have full coverage so this expense was coming out of pocket. These guys were so, very helpful in getting me an estimate for the damage ($ 4000-​ish.) When I explained that I only needed the self-​healing bumper and plastic pieces put back in place (cracks remaining) they happily fixed it for a mere $ 100. Now, it is still evident that I was in an accident, but only if you look closely at the chipped paint and a few cracks around the grill. I was so pleased they were willing to do this small job and not up sell me on more work. I simply didn’t have the means to fully repair. These guys get 5+ stars from me!

I took my company car here after I backed into a fire hydrant and punched holes in the bumper and taillight. The guys at Spectrum were efficient and professional with the estimate and they performed the work quickly. I could not believe how good my car looked when they were done. This is a 2008 model year car with close to 100,000 miles on it and somehow they made it look brand new. They even washed it and vacuumed the interior. I’d definitely come here to have my own car worked on.

Johnson & the guys here are freakin awesome! Through unfortunate incidences, I’ve had to have my cars here 4 times this past year. There are other shops closer to me but definitely worth the drive. My cars have been done within the time quoted and they keep me updated with the status with text notifications (love it). But aside from the excellent service –bonus-​, the end results on my cars is why I’ll keep coming back — perfect. Quality work. Thanks again!

Took in my car after it suffered a hit and run which obviously is a huge pain.
These guys took it apart and put it back together and all of it with a next level customer service!
The car looks like new, AWESOME! Of course I emailed Larry every other day to see where it’s at and he always replied super fast and never seemed, not even slightly, annoyed by my emails, which probably aren’t the only ones he gets every day.
I got it back even cleaner than it was after I dropped it off.
Even if I hope people won’t ever need their service, I highly recommend going there and have these guys take care of it, if you do!

I’ve been to a lot of body shop but no body shop can beat spectrum auto body when it comes to service and quality.
My car got painted and I have to say it not only looks better then ever but this car shines like no other I’ve ever had.

Our commuter car was the victim of a hit and run in the Marina and Spectrum Auto Body saved our butts. Unfortunately it was a Friday night so we had to be towed to a local yard before it could be brought to Spectrum on Monday morning.
From the moment the car switched hands from the tow yard to Spectrum it was smooth sailing. They updated us daily on the progress of the car and handled all the insurance stuff on their end without a hitch. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner, and for sure exceeded our expectations. There’s no doubt that Spectrum Auto Body is the place that we’re going to come back to and recommend to all our friends.

The staff was great! The communication with the shop was outstanding. There were more than happy to answer any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend the shop tell anyone that needs body work done to their car.

They are honest and professional. They have great customer service skills. I live in SAN JOSE and I am willing to drive any day of the week to this shop to get my car fixed.

My brand new car was badly side swiped in a parking garage. First time going to an auto body shop and I didn’t know what to expect. Fortunately Johnson works there and he immediately made me feel at ease. He is very attentive and calmly explains what he can do to repair the damage along with different options available. The repairs were completed quicker than expected and the damage had been completely repaired, it looked brand new again! I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to fully restore the beauty of their car back to brand new condition. Thanks again Johnson!

My car got side swiped while it was parked (hit & run). I was really upset and had no idea what to do so I asked my dear friend for advice. I was then referred to Spectrum Auto Body. As I arrived to the body shop, Johnson took a look at the damages and quickly offered me 3 options. Of course the price was different in every option. He also explained the procedures in detail. He gave me time to decide which option I wanted to go for. I personally didn’t feel any pressure on which option to take. When i finally decided, I quickly gave him a call.
When the repair was completed. Johnson personally called and let me know my car is ready for pick up. I was surprised it was fixed so quickly. As I got there, he walked and showed me the finished work, while at it he also mentioned they have washed and vacuumed my car, which was unexpected. =)

I recently got into a car accident, leaving my passenger side door so dented that I needed an entirely new door. I was referred to Spectrum Auto Body by my roommate who’s had good experiences with this shop as well as The Garage auto repair shop next door (owned by the same owners).
I brought my white 2014 Honda CR-​V in on Tuesday, March 25^th with an estimated repair time of a week and a half. Johnson & Noël were very helpful with this process. They walked me through what car repairs I needed, an estimated time of when the repairs would be done, and making sure to thoroughly answer any questions or concerns that I had. Noël was even sweet enough to give me a ride to Enterprise so I could pick up my rental car for the duration of the repair.
Every few days, I received a call from the shop to update me on the process of the repair. I appreciated these calls because not only did it keep me up to date with the repair, the shop found it important enough to keep in close contact with me. That definitely was a personal touch that speaks volumes in their customer service. The entire team proved to be very professional and accommodating.
I was able to pick up my car a week later on Wednesday, April 2 and my car looked immaculate. Like brand new! Spectrum Auto Body’s work was quick yet efficient. Very on point. I was extremely happy to have my car back in perfect condition. Noël was again kind enough to drop off my rental car for me.
