Andrew’s culinary endeavors started when he was 16 in a sandwich shop in his hometown of Chatham, NJ. Ever since he has been obsessed with making the tastiest sandwiches the world has ever bitten into.
Split Bread is the culmination of two years of intensive experimenting, testing, and tasting. We are certain you will agree — these are kick a** sandwiches.
Who We Are
Andrew Swallow and David Silverglide successfully built Mixt Greens to six units in San Francisco and Los Angeles before deciding to turn their sights on revolutionizing sandwiches the same way that Mixt Greens revolutionized salads. Their management company, Good Food Guys is incredibly passionate about bringing great food to as many people as possible and operates both Mixt Greens and Split Bread.
