Spotless First

These people are great! Patricia and Nate were able to clean the puke out of my car from my Lyft passenger at 2:30 in the morning. Quick, easy, and painless. Thanks guys you’re life savers.

So I am a full time Lyft driver and a couple nights ago someone threw up all over the passenger seat. This happened at midnight and needless to say it was difficult finding a 24 HR car wash since it got on the outside. So I found a carwash… Thank God! The biggest problem wasn’t the outside it was the inside.
So I personally cleaned it as much as I could but the vomit smell was god awful. So I had to end my night of driving until the next day.
So the next day after reporting the incident to Lyft. I had a full day so I didn’t have the chance to drive at all. But the smell was even worse than the night before.
Sunday morning comes around and the smell is almost as if it never left. So I finally get an email from Lyft and they refer me to a ²⁴⁄₇ Spotless First number.
First off, Lyft should have provided this number in the app. Not two days later after the incident. So now I have a car that smells like vomit and missed many hours of work.
I called Nate on Sunday morning and he immediately offered to drive to the East Bay but I drove to SF since I planned on being out there anyway. He immediately smelled the problem.
Nate knew exactly what he needed to and didn’t waste time getting the job done. He was very professional and knowledgable of the next steps to completing the job. He was very clear on his responses to all my questions. He even found areas that I didn’t think to look at that still had vomit on it.
I wish I had found Nate and this service much sooner. Then I wouldn’t be driving around in the heat with this vomit infested car. Yuck!
The prices are very reasonable! Lyft and Über MUST refer all drivers to this business! FYI anyone out there a LYFT or UBER driver! You have to come here.

I completely annihilated the inside of my car one day, driver’s AND passenger side. We’re talking all over the carpets, under the carpets, in unknown crevices, and cup holders. I really did some damage.
The next day, with a throbbing hangover, I started Unilocaling/​googling car detailers. Of course, all I could find were regular detailers but did not want to risk spending $ 200+ to deal with a lingering smell. My Google searches became more and more specific, leading me to find Spotless First. an on-​demand car vomit cleaning service.
Turns out, they recently opened up their service to the public instead of only catering to Lyft and Über drivers. I spoke with Nate that morning for quotes, and let him know that I’d call back with my availability. Nate was able to get a cleaner out to me in 45 minutes. Anthony showed up at my door with all his cleaning tools in tow. He gets into a disposable hazmat suit and cleans my car for about an hour and a half. They use a special cleaner that kills the enzymes and bacteria so the smell goes away.
I hadn’t driven my car in 5 days post cleaning, but when I returned to my car, I still smelled some vomit so I called Nate immediately. They have a smell removal guarantee, so they’ll come back to you and scrub everything again until the smell is gone! Right before Nate’s promised arrival time, it started pouring rain and I thought, of course he’ll cancel, my car is outside and it’s pouring… Nope, he showed up with his box of goodies, ready to clean. It started raining harder, but that didn’t stop Nate from scrubbing down my seats and center console while getting soaked in the process.
The smell is now officially 100% gone, and I’m so grateful to have found Nate and his team! I can’t recommend this service enough to anyone who needs to have the vomit cleaned from their car. Not only do they provide great service, they really get the job done! Thank you Spotless First!

This guy was so kickass like seriously! Freaking passenger emptied her stomach. Nate was able to not only get the car cleaned but the smell too. And the best part… He was done in less than 10mims. When (because it’s not if) a passenger empties their stomach again, I’ll Definitely use this service!

These guys are great. Met me at 3pm and got my car cleaned in 15 minutes. Even waived the fee because it wasn’t reimbursable by Über. Def would recommend.

Great all around service, took care of my buddys throwup in the back seat, he paid for it, 65 $ — Boom. Can’t ask for anything easier than that. Would recommend to anyone.

These guys are great for Über drivers. My passenger puked at 1:32am. They came within 20 minutes and cleaned everything in 25 minutes. Super professional and super good job. I got to finish my night. On top of that they did my Über incident report and aren’t charging me until I get reimbursed by Über. So basically I got a free cleaning
