Mike recently helped me find an apartment AND roommate in Mission.
Coming from Chicago, I was a bit overwhelmed by the housing market in SF — prices, competition, and the wild variations between neighborhoods and even streets. Mike was tremendous in helping navigate this maze. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

Mike was extremely helpful in finding my new rental in San Francisco. He arrived early, was very professional, friendly, and asked all the right questions during my half day tour of 4 different units. Mike is very easy to contact when needed and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you find everything you are looking for. After realizing that the first few units weren’t exactly what I was looking for, he made the extra effort to schedule a last minute viewing at the location where I eventually signed. His knowledge of the local area, and understanding of the market are also top notch.

In my experience finding new home can be quite harrowing, time-​consuming process. You need to keep in mind a lot of details, paperwork, locations, just the right questions to ask… Not a walk in the park, at any rate. Of course, it all can be avoided if you find a good agent. And Mike is the best there is find. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and also has a great sense of humor.
In just one day Mike helped us get the apartment in San Mateo we pictured and practically dreamed about. It’s perfect.
All in all, he is a wonderful person, and now I can’t imagine I will ever want to work with someone else.

Homebuying in San Francisco is stressful and frustrating. The best thing to help temper these feelings is to get a great real estate agent. This is where Mike Yacobian comes in.

It must be especially hard to represent buyers in this aggressive and low-​inventory market, but I knew Mike was with us for the long haul and was going to be actively engaged even if it took many more months to find the right place.
