The firm has been at the same location in the Flood Building in downtown San Francisco for over years. In addtion appointments are available via phone and internet for those clients who prefer to work from their home office in completing their Tax returns, accounting related matters.

History

Established in 1988.

Stephen Graves started his own firm in 1988 affer working for a 20 years for large diverse corporations and large international CPA firms. Over years the firm has grow so that it now provides a full array of tax and accounting services to over 500 clients which include 50 small business, 5 non-​profit organizations and several estates and trusts. Stephen Graves clients include individuals from over 40 different countries that conduct busines locally, in US or other countries. Due to the nature of the firm’s client base many clientsare provided services via phone and internet. Stephen Graves enjoys working with people from other cultures, walks of life and different lifestyles such that his firm reflects the diverse population living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Business Owner

Stephen Graves has over 25 yrs of experience providing tax & accoutning services to a diverse client base. He received his BS in Accounting from Indiana & an MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas while serving in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Graves obtained his first CPA certificate in Nevada and currently is a licensed In California, Nevada and Indiana. Mr. Graves was a supervisor in an Air Force Base Accounting Office. During the time in the Air Force he was able to work part time at international CPAs (BDO Siedman and Fox & Co) during the tax seasons. After the Air Force Mr. Graves moved to San Francisco and worked as an accountant at Ernst & Young for 2 years. Upon leaving the CPA he worked for several diverse corporations with world wide operations. In the years before starting his firm he was the Chief Auditor of the Pacific Stock Exchange and worked for Wells Fargo Bank as an audit manager of their Trust activities.
