I rarely leave reviews but Structure Provides deserves 5 stars.
I called about an intercom issue and they actually sent someone out the same day. I’m used to waiting for something like that so it was great to have it fixed so fast. And to top it off they are very friendly every time I drop off my rent. Seriously, they are great.

Got emails from the COO today apologizing and explaining about the situation. I appreciate the time and effort they took to solve the problems. Everything has been fixed now. Hopefully they can keep delivering excellent service in the future.

I work for a residential hotel managed by Structure Properties and their service is absolutely exceptional. I am extremely pleased with their response time and the very friendly folks who respond to any maintenance requests or billing issues. It has been a fabulous relationship so far and I am looking forward to continuing this in the future! Wish I could give 6 stars, but I guess that feature isn’t available on Unilocal yet!

My friend and I were tenants of a property managed by Structure Properties and recently moved out to get a bigger place. Working with Structure made it hard to leave! They were all amazing from the beginning to the very end of our tenancy. They helped us find a suitable solution to every maintenance or billing issue that came up (and refunded our security deposit very quickly after we vacated the apartment). All of our interactions were professional, friendly, and timely. I highly recommend them to both tenants and owners alike. Thanks again for a great housing experience!

I have lived in a residential hotel managed by Structure Properties for almost a year now. I have been extremely happy with the responsiveness of their on-​site manager, as well as everyone I have come in contact with at the property management office. This is the 2^nd property I have lived in managed by a property manager, and in comparison to my last property manager, Structure is far superior! Please continue to offer this level of service to your tenants! I just wanted to write this to let you know your kindness and promptness does not go unnoticed.

Follow up to my previous review following Structure’s new management of our building– Everything has been great, all requests have been addressed in a timely manner & rent is commensurate with the best deals around. We are having a much better experience than our previous property manager and have nothing to say except for great things! Lobbies are cleaner, new tenants seem to be well screened & everything is running smoothly!

I love everyone at structure properties! Everyone I have spoken with is so nice and professional. I really appreciate being able to call accounting and speak directly with someone who knows how to answer my questions. (I highly recommend asking for Lilly when you call) They make living in my building truly enjoyable. The communication is great and everything is handled in a timely manner. Thanks Structure!

I’ve been a renter for a little over 2 years now and my experience with Structure Properties management has been absolutely outstanding! The application process was painless, every employee has been helpful and courteous, rent has been fair, and all of my maintenance requests have been handled quickly. What else does a renter need!

As with everyone else on this page, I’ve had a great experience working with Structure Properties! I have had to call for a couple maintenance requests over the past year and they are always handled in a timely manner. The staff is super supportive and helpful. It’s expensive living in SF but with Structure Properties I feel like I’m really getting my money’s worth.

Structure Properites has truly been a great experience for me as a resident. More than anything I just appreciate the open and clear communication from every department. I’ve had a few maintenance issues in the past and they responded immediately and handled everything professionally. Any time I have had accounting questions I am able to quickly speak with someone who answers my questions and follows up in a timely matter. The property manager is very supportive and attentive which is a huge plus for me.

I’ve had my ups and downs living in San Francisco but structure properties has by far made it the most pleasant experience. Whenever the building has an issue, Structure is there in no time to address it and deal with it. They communicate back with the tenants and always keep us in the loop. Even for my unit I get great response for maintenance or any questions. I highly recommend using them as every tenant in our building is pleased!

Yowzers! Holy moly ! or maybe just a simple Wow cubed, would all serve as appropriate exclamations of joy at my relationship with structure properties .
I’ve never been so impressed or felt so seen and deeply understood by a business. It’s as though this corporation’s motives where to exist as a confidant and best friend, and the exchanges where not strictly monetary but spiritual. Rather than travel to holy sites around the world, I have the same experience leading my head against the dry wall in my bathroom, or facing north on my rug in the living room.
There is a deep symbiosis with not only the management, but also the space itself. It nurtures, heals, protects– the extensions of its staff and employees feel like a new circle of friends that just help me, well, feel like I’m part of something larger. If the classic idiom is that the suit makes the man, I feel it is appropriate in this instance to say that the apartment as a whole, makes me. It defines my ethos, props up my sense of self, while allowing me to grow as an individual. Should there be an issue with the sink or shower, which is by no means the fault of structure properties inc, they are there before you can even call for help. It’s as though there is a concierge genie living in the cabinet, ready to mend either a broken pipe or broken spirit. Structure properties seems to read my mind, and overcome the barrier of asking. Once you go structure properties, you never go back, frankly I’d rather live on the streets than rent from anyone else.
Thank you structure for this transcendent experience, and thank you fate, for blessing my life by putting structure properties in my path.

Part of what is super important to me when finding places to live, especially in SF, is knowing that I will be well taken care of as a tenant. Issues with any home maintenance? Done. They will make sure to help you and not leave you stranded with leaky pipes for days, and the best part of all is how nice these people are. Thank you guys :)

Great company. Eric Cabral is awesome to work with. Very professional company. The are a high quality property management company. If you are looking for a professional mgmt company in SF I would definitely look into them

I have been a tenant in one of Structure Properties’ buildings for about two years now, and I have had a great experience with their service and responsiveness to tenant questions/​concerns. I’ve dealt with several property management companies as a renter, and Structure’s approach is by far the best. Their employees are friendly and hard-​working, and I would know from experience.
On one weekend evening our building’s common area lights went out, and so I called Trevor, the Property Manager, to let him know. Rather than waiting until the next day to address the issue, Trevor went to the building and checked the circuit breaker/​light timers, and was eventually able to restore power to the hallways and entryway. It’s instances likes these where Structure Properties goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their tenants are satisfied. While although I want to own a house one day, Structure’s white glove service is making being a renter hard to beat, and other Property Managers need to take a page out of Trevor’s playbook.

I have lived in the same apartment in the Marina for over 10 years and have had multiple property management companies during that period of time. While property management companies are pretty much all the same, they collect your rent and send in a maintenance guy when you have an issue, the real differentiator is the friendliness of the employees. Structure Properties has by far the friendliest employees from any of the other companies.
Recently I had a maintenance situation that turned out to be a much bigger problem than we originally thought. I reported that there was some water leaking onto my car in the garage and Structure Properties got someone out right away to investigate. Unfortunatley the problem ended up taking a couple of weeks to repair in full, but the communication from Trevor was awesome. Ultimately it turned out that there was a plumbing leak coming from another unit and they made the repair and everything was great.
The most important part of the whole thing and the reason I’m writing this review is to compliment Trevor on how well he handled the situation. Trevor did a great job communicating with me and found me an alternate parking space during the time the repairs were being made. I saw the other tenant yell at Trevor about the repair (even though it was not Trevor’s fault) and he handled her with patience and kindness. Overall, Trevor did a phenomenal job and it is worth noting.

I am glad everyone had a good experience with Structure properties. I am renting in property in Marina SF by them and my experience has been the reverse.
They never get any maintenances done on time.
If you have any after hour maintenances, their customer care says building manager will call. Guess what he never calls and schedules a maintenance request 5 days out. And you have live with broken service till then.
I have lived in city on rent since 7 years now. And Structure properties is my worst experience amongst them all.

I am currently renting a tiny, newly remodeled studio from Structure Properties. They have just installed a new stairway at the back of the building — and I’m hoping they remodel the shared bathrooms at some point in my tenancy! The fact that they remodeled the studio and installed a new stairway shows that they care about the building.
What impressed me most about Structure Properties is that I was treated like a respectable human being in the application process. Most property management companies treat you like a lowlife criminal in the application process. I have been a tenant for 22 years (17 years in SF), have never paid rent late, and have never been evicted — and I have good credit. Regardless of my history, I have been rejected by other companies, which is ludicrous. In my mind, housing is a necessity, just like food, and there is no way I would never not pay rent. And if something happened where I could no longer pay rent, I would give the proper notice and move out. I would never damage my reputation by being evicted! Thanks Structure for giving me a chance!
I cannot speak yet about the company’s response to problems in my building, and I will update my review accordingly when/​if something goes wrong.
Another great thing about this company is that they offer automatic rent payments. As a very busy person, I more than appreciate this convenience. My previous rental situation required that I get cash for rent and bills at different times of the month, which is a real pain in the ass when you are super busy.

I live in a building managed by structure properties and I was locked out in the middle of the night after losing my keys while on vacation. My property manager, Lawrence drove out in the middle of the night to unlock the door! Talk about service!

I currently live in one of the buildings managed by Structure. Every question i’ve had, every request I’ve made, they have truly moved mountains to help me.
I’ve been lucky enough to have been helped by Kady (apologies if I butchered the spelling!) the last two times I’ve called. Disarmingly friendly and professional no matter the question, she was incredibly helpful in both instances. I have enjoyed interacting with Structure thus far and could almost admit looking forward to the next time I need to speak with them no matter the issue.
