History
Established in 2009.
Starting as a favor for friend and family Crème Brulee was always a top menu request at any gathering. Eventually the decision to move forward with creating a brand was my next step.
I started developing my product while at the Marin Agricultural Institute (Marin Farmers Market) in San Rafael then Corte Madera and onto San Francisco. After receiving months of feedback from consumers on everything from flavors to packaging and even my poor French. I decided that I had a winning combination.
Using only Organic Valley Heavy Cream, Judy’s Family Farm Organic Eggs, and Singing Dog Organic Vanilla. Our Crème Brulee starts and ends with quality first.

I started as a prep cook at a retirement community. As glamorous as the title sounds it came with a great upside. Desserts! After peeling potatoes, carrots or anything else a with a peel. I was responsible for the dinner dessert. It included such classics as upside down yellow cake with orange jello. And YES. Crème Brulee. Once I mastered the peeler I moved on to Hyde Park, NY to attend The Culinary Institute of America. After graduating I moved to Boston and cooked for Wolfgang Puck at the Institute of Contemporary Art. After missing the west coast I returned back to San Francisco to start my own kitchen.
