Starting with Organic Valley Heavy Whip Cream whisk in Judy’s Farm Organic Egg and flavor with Singing Dog Organic Vanilla. Using only the best ingredients ensures the greatest quality. Each custard, be it a Crème Brulee, Pot De Crème or Crème Caramel are prepared with the upmost care and precision. I invite you to try any of our custards to see if you agree. — Sweet.

History

Established in 2009.

Starting as a favor for friend and family Crème Brulee was always a top menu request at any gathering. Eventually the decision to move forward with creating a brand was my next step.

I started developing my product while at the Marin Agricultural Institute (Marin Farmers Market) in San Rafael then Corte Madera and onto San Francisco. After receiving months of feedback from consumers on everything from flavors to packaging and even my poor French. I decided that I had a winning combination.

Using only Organic Valley Heavy Cream, Judy’s Family Farm Organic Eggs, and Singing Dog Organic Vanilla. Our Crème Brulee starts and ends with quality first.

I started as a prep cook at a retirement community. As glamorous as the title sounds it came with a great upside. Desserts! After peeling potatoes, carrots or anything else a with a peel. I was responsible for the dinner dessert. It included such classics as upside down yellow cake with orange jello. And YES. Crème Brulee. Once I mastered the peeler I moved on to Hyde Park, NY to attend The Culinary Institute of America. After graduating I moved to Boston and cooked for Wolfgang Puck at the Institute of Contemporary Art. After missing the west coast I returned back to San Francisco to start my own kitchen.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I was at a Unilocal event last night, and they were there serving us goodies. I tried the Vanilla flavor and it was to die for. Sweet but not heavy. LIke others, this is one of the best creame brulee’s I’ve ever had! Thank you!

This delicious, beautifully designed crème brûlée cups were like little drops of heaven! I was able to try the vanilla and chocolate and I was so shocked that it was totally organic from whole foods. They are incredibly sweet and creamy and just PERFECT. I remember eating at least two. This is definitely a must try! Such perfect little desserts!

Definitely some of the best crème brûlée I have ever tasted! They are made in cute little jars that you can keep. The line at Eat Real Fest was taking a while because they were torching them as you ordered, but it was definitely worth it because they tasted so good! I got to try the bittersweet chocolate made and the vanilla and they were both incredible. I went back on Sunday to look for them but they were no where to be found! I would definitely try other flavors when I see them again.

I was only able to try their crème brûlée at the Eat Real Festival and I was so impressed! They come with tiny adorable mason jars and then add sugar and torch it in front of your faces. It’s dinner (um dessert) and a show!
For $ 5, you get a delectable treat and you can keep the mason jar! It’s so cute!
I ordered vanilla and it was divine! The custard is so smooth and not overly sweet. It was perfect, definitely one of the best crème brûlée’s I’ve had.

I went to the Eat Real Festival 2010 and one of the booths I had to try was obviously Sweet Crème Brulee. I waited till I tried everything to get me a vanilla crème brûlée. This was one of many booths that had a long line and it was so worth the wait. Everything at the festival was worth between $ 3-​$ 5 and for the crème brûlée, it cost $ 5 but so worth every penny. I savored every bite of it cause it was that good. NBC news was even in front of the booth to tell people watching the news to come to the Eat Real Festival and get themselves some crème brûlée. If you missed out, you can find them at the Stonestown’s Farmers Market on Sundays.

Sweet. Crème Brulee (yes, the period is part of the name) is a new addition to Stonestown’s farmers market.
He debuted in San Rafael late last year, but has now moved to the city. According to the info on his website he’s a CIA graduate that used to work for Wolfgang Puck developing recipes.
The organic custards are available in 12 different flavors. And u can special order sugar-​free and vegan versions too. The $ 5 price is high but the quality is considerably good, very smooth, rich and creamy. Much better flavor and silky texture than the ones from the Crème Brulee Cart. You have the choice of buying it plain (IF u have a flame thrower at home), or having him torch the custard for you.
So far the Grand Marnier is a favorite, very nice liqueur flavor.
I also like the cool looking Birchware spoons provided.
The sturdy glass jars with lids are great because u can take them to work or store it in the refrigerator for later. You get a freebie for every 8 empty jars returned. He has a portable device to take credit card payments, very few street vendors have that.
